motorscooterguide.net/I don't know which is more fictional. A 200cc overweight scooter doing 70 mph or a 150 Vespa at $10,000.

Well, if you click the burgman link, it lists it's spec. top speed at 75mph, and continues to say that actual speed is very wind dependent. HP rating is only 1.5 hp more than my Roketa 250, and while I have ran it on the interstate at around 70mph, I am very nearly at throttle limit. Should be a great town scooter, and throw in a bbk and I'd be happy.
I think the $10,000 Vespa 150cc should be in the skymall catalog under gift items I'd never buy. It doesn't even have the classic good looks of a morphous.

$10K for a 150cc, they have to think people are really dumb. You can get a NEW 650 Executive Burgman for for 9K out the door, a New 400 burgman for 7k out the door. Alleyoop

ill choose the burgie over vespa of course, i dont like the looks of the new vespa, the seat looks like a parrot's head and beak. looks very dork. hahaha!! burgman has proven its good quality and performance for many years now. plus its a japanese scoot no less!!! if the vespa cost 4k, i think its a good buy. but for 10grand?? shet, hell no!! and novaraptor really has the eye for beauty... he has a good taste in scooter, i'll include you in the list of my friends.. lol ....kz, forced me to delet the morph picture..im so sad

Yes, but five grand for a 200cc scooter? First, it makes a Vespa at $4500 look like a bargain and second, a 300cc Ninja without ABS costs that much. Not to mention third. A 250cc CF Moto Jetmax will smoke it off for $1000, or more, less.
And Luke, I don't care what Darth Ryan does, will you fix these pictures so they don't wreck the page.

even if he averages it with the one he sold in May for $31.99...that still a pretty good haul.

The prices are a JOKE for sure. I know of a couple 650 Burgman owners that wish they had Hondas... Both are forking out the bread on belts and having to have the dealer work on the electric shift and cvts... One of them is working out a trade for a 2009 Hond Silver Wing. I though he had said he paid like $7,400 for his Burgman new is a 2010.
Magoo - Just turned over the 8,000 miles mark on the Silver Wing and 12,000 miles on the Honda Reflex = Bullet Proof Scoots

That's good to hear Magoo. It's nice that at least one Japanese scooter owner is using his scoot. Not "Pampering and saving it from a beating".
