here's the real content:

just so you guys know, i am not a 100% chinese hater, there still part of me that like some or i mean just one chinese product and that is my Chicago 90amps mig welder. i had this for almost 3yrs now, i wouldnt have completed all my projects without this welder, one time i used it 6 hrs straight , i must say that one way or another i have abused this welder but STILL up and running just like new. im so impressed with this welder.
yes it's a chinese product... i know by saying this, i put a smile in jct and kz's face.. lol
but seriously i like this welder.
this cost me $90 after the coupon, at harbor freight.

Yup and your probably telling us all that with chinese parts in your computer too! And pulling your trailer with a car thats got chinese parts under the hood. To say nothing about that phone in your pocket or the clothes on your back! I am not defending chinese, its just what you get when the unions ask for more than the company can afford to pay.

That is so true.

Another point to remember. For those of us old enough to remember when the Japanese "stuff" started hitting our shelves and how we "B$$$$$$" about that. The Chinese are only doing to the Japanese, what the Japanese did to us. Now we need to get rid of the Unions and turn around and do the same to the Japanese and Chinese. Full circle!

with the reputation china has made over the years, it will take so many years before it can redeem itself and erase that kind of reputation in the minds of every people.
they should improve now, it's never too late., after about 50years they'll be the top manufacturer of scooters....

I can't agree with you less, Luke. Kymco Super 8, Agility, Like,....SYM Mio and FiddleII, Cleveland Cyclewerks, Johnny Pag and Piaggio Fly 150. All these bikes are built in China.

It's a known fact that the Chinese can build rings around the Japanese. This will all be academic when they start distributing their own bikes here like CF Moto, Puma (Znen) and Tao Tao (through GS Motorworks). The problem has always been greedy entrepreneurs hanging cheap components off shiny boxed scooters. My Bashan was spec' ed by GS Motorworks and now that I've learned its secrets I'd stack it against anything out of Japan, Taiwan or Europe. 7,400 miles and running like a Swiss watch. Yes it's had problems, caused by me. I'm using the lessons I've learned the hard way to make life sweet for my Fashion, which crossed 6,000 miles last week.

Look at the specs on a CF Moto Jetmax. Four valves, fuel injection and highway capable. You would have to be crazy to buy all these overpriced "Name Brand" scooters instead of that.

The Chinese scooter is actually an amazing machine. The quality is every bit as good as a Honda or a Yamaha and they will last just as long, IF you know what to do
