I dunno what NO CARB means.... but no windshield.. and i dunno.. this bike just doesnt seem right... something is off

Take a look at Roketa scoots now on offer. The link will take you to the model 68A as the add above describes. Now Roketa does show a windshield and describes the engine as air cooled.

CARB = extra pollution crap so it can be sold in ca. don't know exactly what the acronim stands for other than no california sales.

I missed the windshield. It's not expensive to replace but, yes, that's probably why they're selling it cheaper. It may have come banged in the box.

The part about carb is most of the sellers are from ca. yet most of the scooters they sell can't be sold in their own state. That tells me they can't have any experience at all with their products. As far as I know it is illegal for them to even start one up there! They have to take the chinese manufactures word that the scooter runs!

Yes the websites of roketta do say air cooled.. but only in description.. if you look at the info at bottom it says water cooled...makes you wonder.. I mean comeon.. get yur shiat together before u post an add lol
