I think most of them come apart, just snap together. It would be worth a try. I would make an attempt to super glue it back. If it doesn't work your not out anything except a spot of glue. Depending on the break jb weld would be another option.

Well once you take the plastic cover off the handle bar there is normally 3-4 screws that hold the speedo in place. Undo the screws and the speedo will come right out. BTW I remove the speedo cable before i remove the screws. Once its out the clear cover will come off easy and the needles just slide up and off the post. As far as replacing them im not sure where to get them. I took mine off to try and adjust the speedo for better accuracy. There you go Alley..no pics but thats how i do it.
