I think that I have an Airleak, Mixture Screw Problem, or just a bad carb.
I have cleaned the carb very thoroughly, but I can only get it started after spraying some starting fluid in the intake.
AFTER I have it started, it wont IDLE, if I keep the throttle from 1/4 - WO, it will stay running.
BTW - I have taken the gas tank completely off and wash out with gas, cleaned the carb, new plug, new oil. I really think its an air/fuel problem.
THANKS GUYS!

Have you tried adjusting the mixture screw? It could also just be that you need to raise the idle speed. Start with the simple stuff first. i had a TaoTao that did the same thing and after a couple of cleanings of the carb I gave up and just bought a new carb. Ran great after that.

Anytime I hear "it won't run slowly", I think low compression. Are the valves adjusted right? Will it idle if you spray fluid through the carb lightly? It might just be crud in the carb so a little Seafoam might help.
