that part of the cvt is supposed to be very durable...gosh! what's it made of? melted tin cans??... ahhh, china!...quit fooling us! dealers, stop covering up for them... tell buyers the truth about it's quality. redroush, be gentle when riding..lol ;D KZ, i love wendy's bacon burger too.. ;D ;D no point of arguement this time ;D oh, with cheese btw..

That just requires another small hammer adjustment. That kind of stuff usually happens when improper (dis)assy tools or techniques are used. It can sometimes happen at the factory when a part or assy gets caught in the assy line mechanism. I have seen factory assy techs hammering on a shaft with bearings installed to get them to fit up.

That's the sad part of 50ccing. The outer pulley is a stamping. Must be some machined out there some where(been lookin) haven't seen any yet that support the starting gear. Somebody enlighten me if there is and it is affordable.
