WE ARE CURRENTLY NOT SELLING THIS VEHICLE
We are no longer selling ICEBEAR vehicles/Trikes.
With many years of experience with the company ICEBEAR, we have found over and
over again that there vehicles/Trikes have proved to be inferior to the point of being unacceptable.

The company over the years have proved consistently over and over again that they are not interested nor committed to supporting there dealers to enable them to support there customers which in turn translates to extremely poor to no customer support.

This means that you will purchase a vehicle from ICEBEAR or a participating dealer and spend $2,000.00 to $4,000.00 and within 30 to 60 days on average your vehicle will brake down. You will on average then expect without exception a waiting period of months, to years, to never getting parts nor support.

We have also found that over the years it has been increasingly difficult to find repair shops through out the country that will accept ICEBEAR vehicles/Trikes for repair because of the lack of parts available and the fact that the parts that are available are the same inferior parts to begin with.
We highly recommend that buyer beware.

We apologies to our existing customers that we have yet been able to
service you due to the lack of communication , service and parts that we have
yet to receive from ICEBEAR.

These comments are wholly from our experience and point of view.
The failure rate of these vehicles are higher than should be expected
not all customers have experienced these opinions.

Well anything GEKGO says you have to take it with a grain of salt. They are big operators and probably they could not get the deal they wanted from ICE BEAR. They have done this before with other scoots as well. Few years back they where advertising a Trike that never materialized always coming soon put in your order ahead of time send a down payment etc... It is all about the money.

There are plenty of sites selling "inferior" products just fine. Sounds to me by calling out a well known quality brand that they are somehow trying to establish themselves as credible. 'Hey we only sell such quality stuff here and even an Icebear just isnt up to ouir standards so come buy one of the "superior" producs we still carry"blah blah blah.

1st off I will echo Alleyoop and add something. I have had Gekgo's customers call me for support because they could not get any support out of Gekgo. I had no problems getting the parts they needed, they were in stock in the warhouse. In 2 cases, I was able to get warranty parts for them.

Gekgo put the same type of information on the website a year of so ago. Then they took it off, now it is back and even stronger. They should be careful what they put in print.

My support from Ice Bear has been superior to any other Scooter distributor that I have dealt with in my many years of being in business. They have always taken care of me as a dealer and by extention my customers.

To make the statemnet "within 30 to 60 days on average your vehicle will brake down. You will on average then expect without exception a waiting period of months, to years, to never getting parts nor support" is IMHO is totally out of line and false. Do things break, yes indeed they do, does Ice Bear take care of it, again yes they do. Is there times that something is backordered from the company, you better believe it, is it an everyday every part situation, it is most certainly not!

To me this sounds like a company that has an axe to grind for one reason or another. Alley may be right when he said they may not be getting the deal the want.

1. Click on the BLUE UPLOAD another image
2. Click on BROWSE
3. That will display your computer directories
4. click on where your picture is at
5. Click on your picture and click on OPEN and it will load it
6. Then scroll down to the box where it says640*480
7. Click on the 2nd entry in those links -- it will turn blue
8. Right click and click copy
9. Come here and right click and paste it in your post.

Talk about customer service, they don't even answer their phones.
