The idle adjust screw is located on a bracket on the throttle wheel. When you look down on the carb facing forward, it's on the right side of carb. Turn cw to increase idle, ccw to decrease idle.

Welcome Dburna27. I'm a scooter chick and the guys on this website have helped me an incredible amount with my scooter. Glad you got yours running! I suggest buying a battery charger from your local auto parts store. They are great and about $50. If you do a lot of start and stop ( not long rides ) with your scoot its not great for the battery. When things start to take a nose dive with the way your scoot is acting, plug her in for a few hours Idle screw is on top of carb, right side ( your right if you were sitting on the scooter) Have it on center kick stand and increase idle until rear wheel is " about to start turning " . (you will know what this means when you do it) If the wheel wheel turns on its own, lower the idle. I stop the wheel from spinning with the bottom of my sneaker but of course only if its turning slow lol. good liuck.

I don't know about this no full throttle thing. My 50cc was near full throttle just taking off the first time. A CVT is very strange. Trying to go slow was nearly impossible with traffic so I just ended up breaking it in just the same way it will be driven. I only have 200kM on it though. If I can believe the speedo I have done 50mph downhill and I hit 45 several times downhill. I am able to keep up with traffic in a 35mph zone which means I am probably averaging 40mph. I normally try to avoid those speeds when conditions allow.
A battery charger can be had for $20 at Harbor Freight. The one I use is Item #99857. I do not have it mounted on my scoot. It sits on the shelf in my garage. Other 2A chargers for a scoot battery run about $25, Item #60322. They are the same thing as the ones sitting on the shelf at other stores for $40-50.
