Got the New Clutch on guys, GREAT call Alley, this clutch's pads are alot better material. Ok guys, So I am out of ideas... I have adjusted the valves, to .003, the carb is clean, I shortened the fuel hose from the filter to the carb(I DO STILL HAVE BIGGER FILTER ON???) I have it tuned 3 1/4 turns out, it has a .79 main jet, It won't Settle Down, it just will not idle in one spot. I thought MAYBE an air leak some where but Ive replaced the air box! : ?? When I go to WOT, it goes all the way up and then slowly starts coming back down...? THANKS FOR AL THE HELP GUYS!!!! I REALLY NEED IT........

Are you saying at IDLE the rpms go up and then down then up and then down (IDLE IS BOUNCING)? If so it is LEAN. You either have a bad AIR LEAK, Fuel Mixture is to LEAN or the BIG FUEL FILTER is not sucking in fuel with a constant stream because it is to big. I really think the big fuel filter is causing your problems. Get a good filter and a proper one, this is what I have on my BBK 182cc Trike. You can also clean them out if you see they are getting black from the hoses or from crud inside the gas tank. Alleyoop www.bikebandit.com/visu-filter-large-capacity-in-line-fuel-filter

Thanks ALOT Alley, I really that so too, BUT the problem was the air box, the hose that meets the air box, and ends at the carb. Where it meets the box, I felt like this was the problem, so I Plastic Welded(by JB Weld), a bead around the hose, and everything SEEMS to be good!
NEXT TIME, I will start by looking at ALL the Intake System, with a flash light and weary eye! I have a question BTW, with my Vento, I solved this problem by UP Jeting the main jet, and just putting a UNI on the air box hose, and it does pretty well, about 46 top speed, BUT sometimes it gives me idle problems too, am I just not tuning them "JUST RIGHT", or do you think there are bigger problems hiding??? THANKS A MILLION GUYS! SO GLAD YOU GUYS ARE HERE TO HELP!!!

I found this ALSO, by noticing, my adjustments on the Air/Fuel screw weren't doing ANYTHING, and the only thing that made a difference was the idle screw, but if I adjusted that, it would go way to high, and would spin the back tire way to much, then it would go way low again, BUT I AM NOT SAYING that my fuel filter is not a problem. I will be getting a smaller fuel filter tomorrow, see if it helps.
ON A GOOD NOTE, the clutch works GREAT! the launch when it catches is GREAT! VERY HAPPY with the results!

Here is Another video, ANY Input would help guys, I KNOW its gotta be something simple, but I have noticed that it won't QUITE give me all its got too... like something stops it at 85% throttle??? If I listen to the hose for the intake on the Air Box, I can hear what I THINK, MAY BE, A VERY SMALL back fire... COULD THIS BE AN EXHAUST GASKET??? THANKS ALOT GUYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The first thing I noticed is the IDLE SPEED screw is all the way down and it is STILL not hitting the Control wheel so it is useless. Loosen the screw on the throttle Cable Bracket the nut on top and push the cable toward the IDLE SCREW. See if the Control wheel rotates and closes more and goes against the IDLE SPEED screw. If it does unscrew the Idle speed counter clockwise and see if it then rotates some more. LET ME KNOW about this.
That Fuel Filter is to big and it also has an air pocket in it. If you have a Scooter shop in the area go there and buy a fuel filter. Alleyoop

Alley I did notice that, I pulled all the slack out of the throttle cable and it DID let me close the Butterfly a LITTLE bit more, BUT ultimately nothing seemed to help, I am going to try cleaning it again very well... I think that the pilot jet COULD be plugged? I DID PUT ANOTHER CARB ON THE SCOOTER, OFF OF A RUNNING SCOOTER, it runs GREAT! I will upload another video showing the improvement, BUT I STILL only get to about 30mph with this carb... when the PROBLEM one, would give me 35mph, I REALLLLLY think that there is something going on with the Pilot of the PROBLEM carb....

your fuel line from the tank to the filter looks like it dips under the filter . I think the filter is contributing to your problem . You need a fuel filter that is designed for un restricted flow or gravity flow .

OK guys this video shows the different carb on there, and I am off to get a new filter. BUT if you listen to the engine on the video it sounds WAY better with THIS carb... I might just keep this one on here, and upgrade the jet... CLEAN the other one, AGAIN, and see if I can that going... THANKS GUYS!

Yes, sounds 100% better with that carb. Have you adjusted the carb that is on there now. I think it just needs to be tweaked I noticed a little hesistation and rpm drop at Wide Open Throttle. After you get the new Fuel Filter adjust the carb after you start it and let it idle and warm up for about 5 minutes.
From the way the carb sits USING THE FUEL RATIO MIXTURE SCREW do the following: YOU WANT TO GET THE HIGHEST IDLE with the Adjustment: You can lower the IDLE using the IDLE SPEED SCREW if the idle is to high after the adjustment.
1. First try 1/4 turn COUNTER CLOCKWISE and listen for the (IDLE)RPMS: a. If the IDLE(RPMS) go up repeat 1 until on the last 1/4 turn it does nothing or IDLE(RPMS) drop then turn it CLOCKWISE 1/8 of a turn GO TO #3. b. If on the FIRST 1/4 turn COUNTER CLOCKWISE it does nothing or RPMS drop Turn the SCREW CLOCKWISE 1/4 and go to #2.
2. Turn the Fuel Ratio Mixture screw 1/4 turn CLOCKWISE and listen for the (IDLE)RPMS: a. If the IDLE(RPMS) go up repeat 2 until on the last 1/4 turn it does nothing or IDLE(RPMS) drop then turn it COUNTER CLOCKWISE 1/8 of a turn GO TO #3. b. IF you get to here, then the PILOT JET IS CLOGGED and or its PASSAGE and or the tiny outlets by the BUTTERFLY. In other words one or some of things I mentioned are clogged. Time to take the bowl off and PILOT JET and clean the jet out, Passage out and make sure Spray or whatever your using SPRAYS out the tiny holes by the butterfly.
3. Now test it out see see how it takes the setting at Wide Open Throttle. Alleyoop
