Seriously? What kind of car is that towing one of your Morphs to the scrap yard? A Toyota, Honda or Kia? Where is the trailer made? Yugoslavia? Not even American stuff is made in America anymore. The Crown Vic is made in Canada, the Chevy Spark is made in Korea and Ford Focuses made in Mexico. BMWs from South Carolina. Audis and VWs made in the USA. Oh yes, the Chinese will be so bad.

In 1972 with out much research I bought a new 72 pinto station wagon. You can't imagine how pissed I was when I found out I had a foreign car, made in canada and drive train made in germany. So it' nothing new to buy american and get foreign stuff. A least if they build here our people will get wages.

We must be sending shiploads of money over there. It would be nice to keep some of it here. Maybe they'll build a scooter factory here and Luke won't have to buy Japanese to get "Good Old USA Built" quality scooters.

we have KIA here, Toyota, Mercedes, Hyundai, and more. So what's the big deal. They hire Americans and pay them in dollars.

There is no big deal and the "local" staffing will take their paychecks and spend it here which is what alot of areas in the states need ( there's a whole f$&king rant about the so called recovery but I'll leave it alone, lest I get my dumb arse kicked off the forum) if and it's a gigantic if the corporations ever back off the greedy gotta own everything mantra we may have a shot at having a true global economy where one country's production output ( export) equals import and everyones happy even me,,,, instead of running around the globe chasing every little nickle of profit,,, they create their own dilemma because as the very people they employ get richer it costs more to pay them and the standard of living grows,, so they have to move to the next "safe haven" of low wage labor,,, soon there will be no where to go,,,,, oops there I go again
