Out of curiosity, I want to know what all my fellow scooter'ers like to listen to. Post your favorite song as of right now, what you are listening to if anything, and your favorite kind of music.
Me personally, I'm all into EDM (Electronic Dance Music such as dubstep, electro house, progressive house, etc), and I'm listening to this right now

Alright, I'll bite... I saw this topic pop up earlier and at first, it didn’t interest me. As I cruised the forum, it kept showing up and I kept ignoring it. Then, I saw your post about getting your driver’s license (congrats by the way) and that finally convinced me to reply to you here. I’m am experiencing the very unique opportunity of being a first-time, full-time, on-campus, college freshman...at 32. It never occurred to me just how far away I am from 18 until I started spending every day with 18 year olds. I feel like I’m from a different planet. well hard to post a vid cause im on my phone but normally i listen to Boston, Pink Floyd and Creedence Clearwater Revival I personally haven't heard of Boston, but I have heard of Pink Floyd (who hasn't?) and Creedence Clearwater Revival. I don't actively listen to them but I'm sure everyone has heard one of Pink Floyd's songs at some point in their life  Alright, I'll bite... I can tell you like a lot of rock music  I actually went through all of those, and I really liked Uprising by Muse, probably because it's something I've heard on the radio. Sure, it's not something I would put on my iPod necessarily, but I do enjoy the beat it has  My dad likes Queen, so I'm sure you and him would get along well (too bad he doesn't do this thing we call the internet)! |

I mean, they certainly weren't my favorite band. But it's finally happened, there's things younger people don't have a clue about from my past. We might as well be talking about Mesopotamia. OK, you haven't heard of that either....well luckily I'm not that old. Can it Cyborg.
I made my living as a musician for a while. I actually taught music in the public schools for a few years. So I enjoy classical music, not that you have to have a degree for that. But I am also an old hippie so anything that reeked of hemp is lodged against my semicircular canals. Zep, Dylon, Floyd, Skynard. Learn grasshoppers....if you want to sound cool refer to bands by the least amount of syllables as possible.  I also saw Joe Walsh and the James Gang at a bar in Toledo. I don't mean I actually heard him play I meant I was so whacked out I hallucinated Joe Walsh. Kidding! I did see him and almost got to talk to him but my girlfriend wanted to go and I thought "who's this big nosed jerk anyway?" I was referring to my girlfriend but I didn't get to talk to "Joe" either. (See how cool?) Your loss Joe...your loss.
Anyway, what I wanted to say is I have an Ipod! Huh? No...that's it, that's all I wanted to say. Well that, and you can get "radio stations" on it. Not real radio stations grasshoppers! Ha! You guys are so uncool! One of the stations I listen to is based on a Soccer Punk band called Cross Town Rivalry, or just "Town". Man, I am so cool right now my nerdy glasses just fogged up.  Well that's all, move along grasshoppers, give the old man some space. You do remember the TV show Kung Fu...right? No? Really? Cyborg, hand me that plastic bag will you?
