So I am feeling like the front forks on my scoot are a little weak. I didn't find anything on this forum when I did a search under suspension.

Has anyone done a teardown of the the front forks and replaced the seals and fork oil? If so, what did you learn and what seams to be the best weight oil for a comfortable ride? I weight 195 lbs.

Yeah, we had a few threads on that. Apparently they went the way of the v5 change over. I can't find them anywhere. I'll see if I can scare them up and maybe Mr. Encyclopedia JR (in spite of the 60's) can suggest something, or Alley....Alley...wake up old fart...Alley!

So, me thinks a little fork oil would do the trick. How? BTFOM
