Guys i setup the carb and by my tests the bike still works the config told by Alley save me now in idle speed the bike still works tomorow i will place the old filter on place and i know i have to config the carb again.

No im here! im always here, but im working at moment, hey heres the news i came to work on the bike today and, although, the carb still be deregulated she walked very well on straight lanes tomorow i will regulate this guy. Hey i make the mix of oil/gas and i see smoke only when in idle but when i throtle i see some smoking but after a time she desapears and return only if a put in idle and pull the throtle again, it is normal?

That is because you have the throttle wide open and a lot of gas is coming in. So you need a little more OIL to gas mixture. Maybe add more 1 oz of oil to the mixture and see if it smokes at wide open throttle. If it still does not smoke add another 1 oz etc..

I make this and works. I make the mix out from fuel tank on a 5L gallon and empted fuel tank and place the mixture from gallon on fuel tank 125ml oil on 5L gas now is perfect smoke on mufler.

Good, make sure it smokes otherwise the MOTOR WILL SEIZE that is what LUBRICATES it and keeps it from getting red hot.

Hey no problem i will stay here for many times i have many to learn with you guys i start to like of motors and his funcionalities i will never be a mecanic but know how it work is very good if a planed have a better bike on future, fix this bike for my wife is very good for me i enjoy the knowledge, i am joke man to in most parts of time, this make the life better. But lets change the chat a little :-) Today here is my time to make the lunch for my wife so lets eat some fish with potatos...until the next time guys.

I setup the carb now in idle she dont stop, but i have bad news too she lost performance since before i regulate the carb, a descarbonization is the solution? After i fix she run well and before the fix too but about 3 days later she lost its performance what did you think? How to procede to make a good descarbonization?

Spark plug? Is ok! About the mix i make 40:1 (125ml oil for 5L gas) white smoke on mufler many smoke, i dont know if it counts but with less smoke the bike works beter but maybe is many carbon on cilinder,piston and rings, this is correct?

Yes the motor will run better with LESS oil, to much oil will produce to much smoke and will lower the power. I would test the mixture you may need. Get a half gallon of gas and bring down the mixture it may be that 40:1 is to much oil so try 35:1 or something in between. All you want is that some smoke is coming out YOU DO NOT want to blind someone behind you with the smoke(HAHA)

I think 40 to 1 is a lot, what does the manual say or is it just concerned with automatic mixing via bike systems? Rich

This engine is more complicated than a simple outboard. Here's what the manual says about the oil delivery. It's variable. I just don't think premixing will get it with this bike. JMO but I'm not good with two strokes. Rich

premixing isnt going to hurt so long as you block off the oil pump properly.
theres not much difference between this and your weedeater engine.
