you couldd do that but the pump will eventually seize and make a mess in the side of the crankcase because the gears will strip.

The part that moves the oil is just an impeller and it is turned by the gear by the crank. The gear by the crank inside the casing is dry the actual oil is outside that case with two lines, oil in and oil out which is moved by the impeller turning inside which is turned by the gear inside the case. When i take the bike the oil pump never work and i think for many years later the oil tank was removed too no sign of automatic injection oil the bike was converted to manual mix before came to me and works well i still thinking i is a bad premix or high carbonization level because she work very well on 4 days after i make experiences with mixes oil/gas. The smoke is too similar to this when I accelerate it lowers slightly. Sabo.

Alleyoop these pumps are gear oil pumps. there are bushings that need new oil my razz has a tiny piston pump. service manual says stroke length of 1mm. the main thing is to keep the bushings oiled or get rid of it. i guess you could put the inlet line stuffed back into the outlet to carb line and it would just be a circuit. that will be fine too

Look this photo She is connected but doing nothing and i dont know if she working too...probably not With less oil she works better if 40:1 is the correct ratio soo the carbonization is the problem and man i dont whant to remove those screws, to remove the cilinder and cilinder head i have to remove the motor

Before you do that make sure you have gaskets or you will have to make your own out of gasket material that you can buy at an auto parts store.
Yea if it only smokes like in the picture that is not a lot that is fine. Alleyoop

Alleyoop I already bought the gaskets look link -> New gasket The only way to do this is by opening the cylinder of the motor right? Is not there another way? Sabo.

So I do not need to remove the entire cylinder? I think I can remove only the head in case I would only have to change the head gasket? Sabo.

Good news not have to remove the motor from his place to take out the parts and hey guys i find the problem is high carbonization level: I dont think the old owner of this bike care about of funcionality, and good care from motor so if this bake is 13 years old she never be clean this is my point of view. The cilinder have high level of carbonization and i cannot remove with tootbrush i'm thinking of leaves dipped in gasoline for a few days until the new set of gaskets to arrive. Sabo.
