I know this isn't your bike but this illustrates vacuum lines:
They run off of the intake manifold and run to valves and diaphragms. There is no gas or oil in them, they simply provide vacuum. If one isn't connected they cause a massive air leak into the intake system and ruin performance. Rich Ok i will check this, i think of replace all the hoses...the hose from fuel tank is very bent too but i see the fuel in gas filter flowing smoothly no bubbles or something else. Sabo.

The vacuum lines are ok! But i think to replace all the hoses because of wear...I bought a new kit of cylinder, piston and piston rings rectified because here in Brazil i dont find any new, they are arrive until the weekend maybe a new kit will make some diference on performance now i have the new wires and working on the lamps and the renovation and painting of the careen of bike, i find a new problem about the speedometer cable he dont working and I was measuring the speed with a cellphone application, but this is minor problem now.

Hello guys I was reading the service manual of the bike and saw some information that I did not understand about the oil pump, the picture says it used a mixture of 30:1 the engine then that would be the correct ratio for this engine? Sabo.

If it says 30:1 then mix it 30:1 no more than 35:1. Alleyoop

If it says 30:1 then mix it 30:1 no more than 35:1. Alleyoop So this is the correct ratio for premix gas/oil? Great! Sabo.

yes if it says that in the manual then go with that. You want it to smoke but not to blind someone behind you

She dont work well yet because of lost performance when she start from neutral to runing but when she moves is very faster, this problem to me is a mistery yet (the compression is ok), i order a rectified cilinder kit and i hope this is the problem, but i dont know what can be. If the mms match it will probably work. I didn't get to see most of the video, it kept cutting me off. But I think the carb was a big part of the problem. Rich

Hey guys i have good news finaly! Heres the list of good news: 1 - Change the cilinder, piston+rings, cilinder head: After this modification i noted more suction on spark plug hole even with me turn the crankshaft manualy and about the compression i cannot place mi finger on sparkplug hole even with me turn the crankshaft manualy too. 2 - Change the gaskets of cilinder and cilinder head for a new one: No compression leaks in process with the engine running... 3 - After the change the noisy engine works more smooth with a suported noise, nice humm! 4 - On the next monday i will change the exaust for the one from Honda Biz 100cc see the picture 5 - I rework the plastic fairing and paint too. For mending cracked parts I used super glue and other bits of fairing itself, to remake the original socket screws I used plastic bushings involved with epox glue and it seemed good to me. 6 - I change the wires and i noted bit diference on charging system with the lamps on and the engine running do not decrease RMP like the another wires. 7 - I put back the turn signal lamps, since the bike do not have ones. 8 - the bake works but i have not reassembled it yet. Now here the bad news: 1 - The bendix is broken soo only kick start my friend... 2 - I will change the cvt belt but i not find here in my country again i´ll have to mine a lot to find. 3 - The tires specifiing in service manual 110/70 12 for front weel and 120/70 12 for rear weel i cannot find the front weel tire and i dont know if can put same tire on front. 4 - The speedometer cable is broken and i dont know how to change. 5 - The rear break not working too is very hard and almost no brakes the bike. 6 - The carb is another problem yet, i do not want to mess this part yet. So guys this is it for today! and thanks for al the help give to me. Sabo.
