Here are the Enricher holes that have to be blocked. Alleyoop on some carbs the choke isnt removable like that. theyre cast as one piece and just the electrical part with the needle attached is separate.

How you like this creativeness buy a 25 cent bouncy ball and cut of a little and pressure seal it. I would think using jb weld would ruin the part if it didn't work though you know.

Yes, some are cast as part of the carb, the picture was to show him the passages that have to be blocked. The best way is to cut right above the cylinder WITH the needle attached and fill the Bottom part where the needle fits in and then push the needle and cylinder in all the way and then cover it with more JB weld to the top edge. If he ever needs the enricher for some reason he will have to get a new carb. Alleyoop

Hell....oooo!? Here is my epic post that will alter your lives! You won't need JB Weld or Quick Brick, just Stinky's Gasket Kit for $99.99! Order it by sending PMs to Cyborg....my...um...secretary. Really kids, don't start filling things up with JB unless it's your nose. The auto-choke mechanism is easily blocked off and then reopened after the slow season. Cereally, it is. Read the epic post, it will kind of distract you from your phones for 30 seconds. Gaaaahd!

jb weld is pretty much permanent, use silicon rubber sealant instead,it will give it a better seal(from 99cent store),it's easier to remove if you decide to open it again.
my answer should be the last, i hate to see this thread going 4-5 pages then get locked for whatever reason. .. plus, the problem is the OP not the scooter itself. LOL
THREAD CLOSED

I dont have the option Bashan posted. Mine is not bolted to the body of the carb. I thought about silicone but what if it leaks down into the passage before it dries?
So I cut the cylinder off the enricher and placed it it the circuit. I then used a ball if Quick Steel and filled in the area around it level with the top surface.
Went for a ride and the rpms were up a bit when scoot was warm. I have been having fluctuating rpms by a few hundred or so every so often and drove me crazy when trying to dial in cvt mods. So now that the rpms are higher and more consistent that kind of tells me that the enricher was sticking at times and running rich. So far its peppier and revs better.

1. OP asks how to JB Weld the enricher 2. Post 1 - 27 discuss various options 3. OP does what he originally wanted to do 4.
