Tech Tip On That Stripped Out Spark Plug. Try using Loctite Anti-Seize Stick on Everything Aluminum. Item No# 37616 It is a Copper Based Stick, just Spread it on the Threads and Your Good to Go. I use it on everything Aluminum.

You really do not have to worry about that if your not putting in a stroker crank. Alleyoop

You really do not have to worry about that if your not putting in a stroker crank. Alleyoop looks Like i'm going to Hang for this Miss Information police. Wrong! The Major Factor with Squish Clearance is Bore Size or Going to Big Bore kits. What Happens to The Squish Area as the Bore Gets Bigger?? Just Couldn't Hep My Sef Again. Just So Darn Easy. Ok i'll go Away Now,

Not miss information at all, FACTS JACK,he is just putting on a stock head because his plug hole is striped. The OP asked what is a squish and I showed him with a picture and said it is not necessary unless of course he slaps in a stroker which will push the piston up higher or but just about all BBKs come with matching heads. I would bet out of I would say 2000 or so NOT ONE member have ever had to do a squish test, 99.9 percent it is not necessary.
Oh and by the way HOW MANY TIMES are you leaving and outa here. I will speed that up for you if you keep this snit up..LOL but that is up to you. Alleyoop

I see Banning Members Just cuz you Don't like them or you don't Agree with Them is your MO. Oh C'mon Ally, Don't get Your Depends in Such a Wad. Relax, It's a Scooter Forum. Wrong Again, Any overbore of 1mm or .039 and Beyond is a Factor. with Squish Clearance. And You Admittingely Didn't Build your Own BBK. So How Would you Know? And If you did know you would know that The Larger Stroker Cranks will require a Piston With the Wrist Pin Location Moved Up In the Piston, What is called CD/CH, Compression Distance or Compression Height,
Yusa Like Good Mexican Food, I just cant back away from the table.

Of course squish clearance is a factor with an overbore IF You don't get the matching head. If your going to just get the jug and piston and go and get some other head then of course you will have to check. But here again like I said out of all the members here and the other two forums I belong to that have put in BBKs MAYBE and I say MAYBE l has done a squish test or even KNOW what a squish is let alone how to test for it. And let me add they are all running like RAPED APES. So you see it is really 99.9 percent is not necessary. Yep you got it right I had JIM do the BBK because I could not find anyone near me to bore the case. He said his machine shop friend has the equipment to bore it, that is not a secret. So what your saying ALL BBKS come with a Piston with the Wrist Pin Location already moved up is that right? Your telling me on a stock motor I cannot put in a stroker crank is that what your telling us? I personally like grilled steak. OH AND BY THE WAY PUT UP PICTURES OF YOUR RIDE, we all want to see what CLONEDRONE is riding must be a BEAST with it all squished and everything...LOL Alleyoop
