This and the last time I've checked in I've gotten a message asking why I browse but not post. The answer is that I'm checking things out before commiting. I've done this before buying the Honda GoldWings and Magna. And know VTX and this board. I made inquiry on the VTX board about trikes and Dave from Ohio showed me his, I believe it's a 300cc Zodiac bought at Rapid Repair, and steered me to this board. So here I am waiting to be convinced.

My only question at this time is about auxiliary lighting. I prefer three, front and rear, as this improve visibility and identifies it as a motorcycle. Are there LED head lights available? I'm sure one must be concerned with total amps.

Also can the rear suspension be beefed up.

Yes you can put on more lighting, what many do that drive at night is put in HID headlights. They sell kits because you cannot just put in HID BULBS. The rear is easy to mode with extra lighting I have lights on my trunk, extra turn signals and running and brake light on the trunk and that is besides what the trike comes with.

Supension you can get adjustable shocks if you want.

Dude, that pop up thing about joining hits us all. Welcome aboard. I think it was kz1000st who put some LED lights on the front of his bike not too long ago. There's a thread around here somewhere about it with pictures.

Well actually JR brought you up in a staff meeting and he's targeting you. THAT'S HILARIOUS!! We don't have staff meetings! He is watching you though. He likes those blue shorts you have. I'M KIDDING!! He doesn't like blue shorts.

LEDs are not legal in this country for headlights. When you see a Lexus go by with tons of them, the conventional headlight is in the middle. They are bright enough, use MUCH less energy, and last the lifetime of the vehicle. It's a no brainer to me. But the pendulum swings slowly on this side of the pond. So you're interested in a Trike, is that correct, or thinking about it? Alley da man there. You can post on this board for general scooter questions and comments. Tech questions are farther down on the page under clinic. Thanks for the nice comment on the Photobucket tutorial.
