13k miles, does not start, haven't looked at it yet and wondering if I should even offer. Looks like he never did any maintenance on it. I'm Thinking valve adjustment and it will fire right up then sell it for more. redding.craigslist.org/mcy/4441968325.html

Man, that's a lot for a non starter. But it is a Kymco, if you worked on them you could part it out. Still...that's high. Honestly? I will go pick up a starter for $100.00 if it's not nuked, and a non starter for $50.00. They are usually glad to get $50.00 and get it out of the garage. You don't know what's wrong with that bike and a complete engine rebuild could total the whole deal. I've just been burnt too many times...I'm paranoid! Who's that behind me!? NIXON! I paid $100 for the project I am working on. I put about $300 in parts plus more in paint and bodywork. It still isn't 100% correct. I am hoping to get my money back plus a bit more. Good luck in your search.
