well i must say i might need one of those crates now seriously, the razz doesnt have a built in storage, i removed the lockable trunk the came with the scooter and wife told me to put it back,, ill ask her if she likes the crate, its a lot bigger tho. hmm we'll see.
this little 50cc razz is fun to ride. ...very agile!!

thanks kz and ya'll,,, i ve always been dealing with cvt ran by vbelt, havent really seen a single speed gear chain drive transmission, im sure it has clutch shoes inside somewhere, so thats the only thing that needs to be changed if worn, no belt no roller weights, i like razz cuz its amaizingly quiet and run smoooth. i put almost 1 liter of oil, i dunno how far that oil goes or which part it lubricates, i really want to open that tranny cover to see whats inside. curious here!!

remember this?_------> yuma.craigslist.org/mcy/4401695595.htmli finally got it, the lady owner finally replied after 6 days? i went to her house, looked at the scooter, at first i was a little skeptical to buy it because the physical appearance is quite unpleasant, and she said we cant start it because there was no gas, hmmm? told myselff,is she hiding something then i asked her if 50 bucks is her last price? then she said how much you got??? wohooo!!music to my ears!!! i grabbed my wallet and took $28 , is this enough??? she said ill take it.. alright deal!!! she handed me the duly signed title and bill of sale.. it has new batt but discharged cuz the bike sat for a year, it has 2 flat but fairly new tires, i put some air and up to now it stayed hard. 2t oil res is full, i put some gas, kicked it 3times the it fired right up, ahh i really felt the japanese-ness of the scooter. first thing i did was to change the tramsmission oil, i removed the old transmission oil, i siphoned almost i liter if oil of it, and to my surprise i discovered that this scooter doesnt use a Vbelt, .. it ran with direct gearing, wow im impressed!!! this scooter runs and sounds very very smooth. , my wife saw it and she's very excited to ride with me tomorrow, it still has the current license plate. its a 1988 yamaha razz. 28 bucks of Fun!!! FITS MY SUV

even if the brake pads has only 20% thickness, and even if the caliper is misaligned you won't hear any metal to metal grinding sound, and if indeed there is a metal to metal grinding, you will see an obvious fresh scar on the brake rotor. that's for sure!!! the permanent marker theory is crap, yes of course if you put permanent marker it will surely fade because the brake pad is running through it. it doesnt matter if the gripping of the caliper is not even. bottomline, if you still see pads your'e still good.,, i mean whatelse can touch the rotor except the pads... check the pads, there might be some metal shavings that squeesed in between rotors and pads... good luck!!!
in dealing with these kinds of stuff, common sense is very important.

do this: spin the wheel then brake then release, try to spin the wheel with you hands,if it has resistance then maybe the pistons on the brake assembly were stock up or has some rust on it.,,,take the brake assembly apart clean the dust or rust remnants.there might be some rust in between the pistons and the brake block assembly. you may need to replace the brake fluid and do the bleeding.. good luck!

OMG!!! the guy whom you swapped your pick up with is just so damn lucky!!!! no offense meant but those scooters are so heavily mutilated. dunno what happened to them. But it's done, nothing you can do bout it... prolly what you can do is to take parts from each scooter to come up with one running scooter.

Good that you were able to get out of that miserable(if i may say) relationship. So you got the custody of your children? good! ,,did he re-marry? haven't heard from him? sorry im a little gossiper. he was cheap on you and even suspected you of flirting with that bus driver? that's too much. The purpose of a husband is to provide and make the wife happy. well happy that you're free now and happily divorced. jizz, can'r believe a hubby can do that to her wife and the person he signed up with. anybody here who has an interesting divorce story to share? feel free...
and you..quit moving threads!!!.... divorced topic "moved to" Two stroke discussions...lol

nice kittens....you remind me of McCalli, a lady member here and on the other professor forum, she has a lot of cats and kittens inside her house, like 30 of them. she even made a little makeshift house for them beside her house, where her scooter was parked, and the gas is leaking...gosh! i think the Humane Society went to her house to check because the some neighbors told them about the cats situation. www.catforum.com/
