Traveled to work this morning...around 2 AM and the HID's worked great.......I did notice some high heat feeling of the lens (plastic) maybe it will not distort the lens (melt) only time will tell...not much of a way to align the bulbs....you will have to remove the nose piece and trial and error...good luck....mine are so much better than stock...I can live with the alignment prob....enjoy the ride..

Yes....everytime you use a head gasket ...it has to be replaced....whether it is a scooter or car...a good honing will cross hatch the cylinder (up and down movement will give you the required pattern) to promote the rings to seat....your are not trying to remove material ...just give the rings a chance to seat...I would replace the rings also...while your there....

HI..on the center stand.....check to see if the rear wheel is loose...side to side play....there is a nut on the right side ...which attaches the wheel to the clutch....make sure it is tight...what engine...244 or 257....most shops do not work on China scoots....keep going....it is worth the time and effort...we have great forum members to help you....enjoy the ride...

Is there a trick to getting the handlebar cover off a MC54B-250..silver not a red one...lol...have removed all of the screws and still can not get it to move....I have to replace the headlight switch....and install HID's...after I remove the front...manual choke kit....doing all at one time...thanks...

ordered the correct wheels from Roketa and they sent two different wheels...not surprising.....anyway, the new wheel/bumper fixed my scoot...now it sounds like the ole scoot...it is just a machine.....nothing more / nothing less....don't give up....we have gotten use to the get in/on and turn the key and nothing ever breaks....that would be a perfect world....how boring....enjoy the ride....
