Bashan, JR, Alleyoop, If the third link says that EVEN IF you are suspended for DUI related conviction(s) you must be in compliance with any and all court stipulations BEFORE YOU OPERATE A MOPED/SCOOTER, then why would one who is not suspended for any of those things be prohibited from riding because of suspension? Im confused! I feel as though the trooper or many lawmen maybe just didnt know the law, or that it changed reguarding mopeds/scooters...if so, thats very scary to think i could be falsey charged or even arrested even while operating inside the law!

is it burgundy dust or rust? check the clutch. something may have broken. I cant tell if its rust or burngundy dust, i would say burgundy dust, the clutch acts fine and the noise doesnt change, i only hear it when im rolling under 5mph or its on the center stand and i roll the wheel by hand, any other time the exhaust is too loud to hear or notice it ?

I have this weird crunching noise coming from the rear wherl, rear brake works fine besides a sometimey squeak. It doesnt change with the use of the break, it sounds like a ratchet turning, its really annoying. Also some kind of burgundy dust is coming out of a hole next to the wheel on the "casing". You can see the burgundy dust coming from that slit or hole, it gets on the wheel, any help is appreciated!

Well my scooter is street legal and fully accounted for. I only wheelie in parking lots never the actual roads. I highly doubt my scooter will be crushed especially since the cops sit and watch us stunt streetbikes dirtbikes scooters and atvs at our local expo parking lot. We dont have the " dirtbikes riding reckless through the streets" problem here.

Doing wheelies can be dangerous So i bought a "used" 2014 VIP 150cc longcase with 300 miles for 850$. It operates exactly as it should in everyway. Out of all the scooters ive bought new and used, this is definetly the smoothest and most powerful chinese scooter ive ever bought. Pretty lucky too because i dont feel it needs alot to make it better at wheelies. It does good ones already and its bone stock!

HAHA So what do you think?! Am i right in thinking that the shorter wheelbase and the shortcase motor overall are better suited for my purposes? (Wheelies)

Alleyoop So if i ordered this then they would probably send me something of the nature and not the scooter pictured? because it really looks like it has 10in wheels. The one i road would almost wheelie on its own, barely had to pull up on it if you sat alllll the way back. It seemed very stout and im positive it was stock.

Im looking to buy a shortcase qmj157 150cc brand new either here in virginia or online if anyone knows anyone respectable online sites to order from. I want a smaller wheel scooter that i can build to wheelie and have loads of torque and takeoff. Not worried about street riding or making it fast on top end. The long case 12-13in wheel "vip" style scoot has too much wheelbase and weight to be good at wheelies. It Has 61mm ncy kit/ 11g rollers/ hoca gears for acceleration and STILL has a hard time pulling the front wheel. I rode another VIP style 150cc with the smaller wheels, it was bone stock and pretty junky but I could wheelie it all the way down the street... Thanks for any help
