I then took the four prior (the one on it and the three new ones from older shipment) put them on my scooter and they did the same in my scooter, idle with no rev. they went to the trash! 3 out of ten in one order were bad??? thanks for the help guys!

thanks guys, but i have checked and re checked, two different carbs one being brand new and took it apart and checked. today i took the carb off of my personal taotao and it does the same thing...so i am ruling out carb issue.
Let me add something else here: when it came in, they had the oil filled clear to the top of the oil fill hole.

Does anyone out there know anything about these? or maybe point me in the direction of some info? I have googled it and everything points to buying a manual off Ebay. I have one going to show up in my shop tomorrow, so I was just poking around to try and get a head start. Thanks guys!!!

I am building a work bench (another one, makes the third) for this scooter adventure! I get it together and I will tear it down and really give it a going over. I will report back at that time. Probably within a couple of weeks. Thanks for the help and hints. I wont leave ya hanging!!

my thoughts exactly! I am thinking it may be a bent crankshaft. Thanks for confirming what I thought too as well.

This is a new scooter, with the plug out and rocker arms backed off (only to see if it helped) the motor turns over by hand but feel like a natural magnet electric motor. like turning the flywheel by hand to top dead center it was to travel. you put it on tdc and let go and it will spin clear to the f mark. it feels like its on a cam under pressure, move to a spot and it jumps forward turn back to spot and it will jumpf foward or backward. i may be wrong but i would think that it would (with plug out and rockers backed out and the belt removed from the clutch} that it would just be freewheeling to where ever you stop it.
