The clear substance is water. The ethonal in fuel attracts water and water is heaver than gas. Good job man Them rokketa's can be tricky. And Dont use high test it wont make you faster. Use what your commpresion will allow. And Try to get your hands on some k100 it is pretty good stuff don't seperate like stabil plus the water in the gas is turned to H3O witch is hydrogen and makes it burnable!

Did you put the pistion in with the cut out sleeve towards the intake? Did you spray starter fluid in the carb while trying to start? On 2 stroke's you also need compression on the bottom half of the moter. check your crank seals for damage. If there is a hole or leak on the bottom half gas cant get up threw the cylender to the plug . Heath

Also check to see if the oil smells like gas. It can leak threw the carb and get into the oil but ussualy when you pull the dip stick oil spews out!
