55 is normal for a 150cc, but a redline at 7500 is a little low. I think they usually redline at 8000+

I got a kit from drowsports and the cylinder studs are too long !! The kit should not need a spacer and the timing chain supports this also. The chain fits perfect , not loose but I have to add washers to tighten down the head nuts and the valve cover will not fit be ause there is too much stud sticking out . Also I have the 67mm kit of course , b case , but the head says " use with 63mm " ?? So possibly the wrong head ?? I just emailed the place I got it from , so we will see. But any info will help .

I actually have 2 of them . I'll put a couple pics up. But I run an 842 belt which u can only fit on a long case. And I highly doubt the 14 inch wheels would fit on a short cade engine .

Got the 63mm kit and head installed. I bored the case out with files and grinding wheels . I went for a short ride . I have an oil leak either from the variator side crank seal or its coming from the valve cover . I may not have tightened it down enough. It was 2am so ill check it in the morn. The scoot ran great and felt really strong. I have 18:36 gears in at the moment . I should be able to turn them with the extra hp from the 63mm kit. Hoping to be able to hit 70mph easy , possibly 75 top speed or higher.

Id imagine possibly only the fuel lines and the needle valve. Possibly the float. Only bc they are rubber and plastic. But everything may be ok

Well after 3 blown top ends i figured out a couple issues . One being a bent and twisted pitson rod. So i oredered a new crank and 63mm top end . I bored the case out myself with a few dif files and im awaiting all the parts. The crank is here and the top end " cylinder and head " will b here 2mro. The gasket set and new rocker arm assembly might b here 2mro. Cant wait
