I own a Vitacci Sparks 150 Scooter which has a short case with 14" rims. Is there a difference in the input and output shaft lengths, as well as the fitting of the gears, bearings, and seals?

I actually have 2 of them . I'll put a couple pics up. But I run an 842 belt which u can only fit on a long case. And I highly doubt the 14 inch wheels would fit on a short cade engine .

I have a blue one and a black one. The blue one has a 63mm BBK build with a bunch of other mods. I actually just recently finished it. So far I've hit 72mph on my GPS speedometer then I had to slow down bc a car was I front of me . I'm concerned about engine Temps, I already hit 210 degree oil Temps. My stock ran about 170-190 degrees . I have an oil cooler so I'm prob going g to have to install it.

Hey, you are right! It is a long case, and it has 10 bolts. Thanks my friend.

How do you take the variator and clutch cover off? It was quite easy on my Roketa.

Honestly it shouldn't be much different. I don't exactly remember, but it should just have the same amount of bolts as the long case roketa , it's the same engine just ours looks a little different.

I cannot get the cover off because the foot peg is in the way.

Yeah the foot peg brackets def get in the way of a few things. I'm pretty sure there is a plastic piece you need to take off of the variator cover first.

I took the plastic piece off. I think the kickstart shaft is stopping it. I am thinking about cutting the foot peg off, then the cover will be in position to just pull straight out/off. I can always get it welded back. I just need a hacksaw now. It is easier to that than to remove the engine mount bolt and shock. If you, are anyone else finds out another way, please reply. Thanks in return. I love your modification! I am afraid to install that alternative, in that someone could gain access to the belt and cut it, or too much exposed to the weather (rain). What is the weight/sliders are the rollers you are using, as well as the clutch springs? Also, what size belt are you using? I live in a hilly part of the county. I cruise at 45mph max, sometimes 50mph.
