So i've ordered a bunch of parts already but i keep stalling on the variator. I know allyoop likes the Prodigy but when i read about the DR2 and it have two different ramp lengths it was interesting. Seems more difficult to tune but more tune-able.

Ahh, found the MF index thingy.....got it now. Manufacturers manufacture, distributors distribute. Duh i should know that i sell appliances lol(don't ever, ever suspect an appliance is made by whoevers name is on it, its usually not). Ugh, friday seems so far away now.

Ok so i know some of you have bought from SPS and had good feedback. I bought my mc-74 from them on the 9th and its on its way to NY, so far so good.
I got the MCO today and expected it to say make - ROKETA. Instead it list make as KAIT and hp at 6.8, which is way lower than SPS quotes in there description of the bike.
Is Roketa just used as a generic name now? And is there really this large of a fluctuation in motors or is a GY6 a GY6? Im planning a bbk anyway but still, 6.8 is far from 9.5, lol.

Bashan, thats awsome info man. This forum feels alot like the KLR forum i used to get info on my 650. Thanks for the hospitality from all of you, im sure i'll have many many more questions about my first scoot.

I'm still waiting on my mc-74-150, but meanwhile i'd like to get together an order for parts. Im looking for dr.pulley sliders, a 15/37 final gear and a high quality variator, maybe a uni filter also.
I've heard that there are only a few variators worth adding, which are the best? And what vendors do you guys reccommend?
