Current job is Rock and Roll cartage driver and stagehand.I live in los Angeles and the company I work for is in Van Nuys CA. I usually drive bands gear to gigs or pick up gear. Sometimes I go to Vegas or No cal for gigs. I drive a 24 ft bobtail mostly. Lately bands I've worked for or driven gear. RHCP, Jane's Addiction, Incubus and Glen Campbell. I am a photographer, but since recession started in 09 that work dried up.Was a freelance 1st assistant to fashion photographers. Still like taking pictures.

Yes I've tried with throttle open a little and tried it with throttle open all way. I'll try the vacuum line thing you suggested.

Mobile mechanic was a waste. At least he was cheap. He confirmed spark and gas. I adjusted valves and scooter really wants to start but not quite. My compression seems low (I need to test tomorrow ). Mt timing chain seems really tight. What do you suggest I do next? Thanks again. Love this forum.

I Have watched the YouTube videos on valve adjustment but can't figure out where they are measuring the clearance. Any tips?

I'm still trying to get my 2008 lambretta 150 UNO Here's photo of valves. Seems ok to me. I really think it's my carb. Gas goes to it but not getting gas to engine it seems like. Thanks for your time forum members and scoot on! Attachments:

I'm a novice at working on scooters. How would I do the compression test and valve adjustment? My battery went dead trying to start , got a charger to recharge

I have a 2008 lambretta UNO 150. Really is Adly hammerhead 150 Thunderbike I was cruising at 50 mph when scoot made strange noise and engine stopped working. Was able to coast to stop. Drive belt is fine, getting spark to engine and gas in carb. Any ideas on what to do? New to forum thanks for your time
