The outer most lights on the spoiler blink constantly. The signal lights on the trunk are barely visible in daylight.

Hey Lefty, I was a just reading in the tips and tricks at the Dawg Pound the other. I saw a chart that had all the different jet sizes and equivalent ones from the top three names. Well, maybe top 2 and then generic ebay el cheapo carb. Mikuni keihn and a third called dynajet. I think the third is Chinese standard. The number on the jets vary widely. Seemed like keihn was the only one with half sizes. But like 110 & 127.5 & 130 were like the same size just different brand carbs.
My eBay special doesn't even say what size jet is on there. Go figure.
I do agree with you though. He said its a Chinese so a 120 something is likely way too big.

jct842I was messing around last night and saw something unexpected. When you hold the brake and leave the turn signal on, the trunk light and turn signal go offset. Weird right? Once you release the brake the are back to blinking the same. I'll just leave it alone I guess.

Thanks for the links Bashan. I'll try that later tonight. Just got her back running yesterday. New cheap variator and belt. Seems if it's not one thing it's something else with these scooters.

Thanks Sprocket. I'm not really trying to get more power, just not ruin my engine running too lean. Maybe I can just move the needle up a hair if it is determined to be too lean.

Hello class, I have some questions. I had no intention of building a fire breather, but my stock exhaust header broke and I bought a performance replacement because It was cheaper LOL!
I still use the stock air box, but I'm now wandering if I should go UNI and go through the jetting steps.
Actually, I'm wandering if I need to re jet with just the new exhaust?
I bought a new carb last year, but just a stock type carb. I have no idea what jet size is in there as its not marked.
I have seen these carb jet tune kits on eBay that claim to get you an additional 8~10% horses. Don't really want to go that route or buy a set of jets...but I might apparently need to.
So, I'm wandering where do I start. I rather stayed away from the whole UNI thing cause I knew this would follow. My new exhaust header is like 1" where the old one was 1/2". So it sounds cooler, but I didn't really notice it being any more powerful.

From Virginia. I realized the brake lights on the sides of the trunk are just that. There are no running lights in there. The outer most lights on the spoiler blink constantly. IDK why it goes off when the brakes are on?

So I couldn't resist getting one more day of riding in! About 8 miles from home my header pipe breaks, right where it meets the freaking engine.
I'm hoping my mechanics can weld it back together like they did when it broke in a different spot.
Maybe it's just time to get a new exhaust? This one really isn't in great condition anyways.

Thanks! And I will try to get some daytime pics. Just took those last night. The windshield is just a cheap eBay $40 but it suits the purpose. It's an 18". I think I need to bend the bars a little as it sticks straight up an I would like it angled back more.

I use this app most of the time. It's the easiest way to post pictures; main reason I bought the app.
