I hope it translates to more good scoot dealers around here. They all seem to open on the coast or maybe one in a big city. I love my kymco (40 miles to dealer) but I wish I could see and or test some of the others brands like sym or aprilia.

The PIA says it excludes dealer prep and destination charges in msrp. The kymco they are included unless you buy from one of those a€€hole "powersports" dealers that lies to you.

I am NOT a mechanic. But it has been stated on scooter forums hundreds of times that your best place to start is transmission. See if you can use a performance variator. An easy swap if you can, even for someone with no wrenching skills(like me). Carb work and BBKs are unlikely to get you as big a gain. 4-5 mph. And it is simple enough to do in an hour out on the sidewalk. It worked for me as well as built my confidence to try the next thing.

Wow, jump to conclusions much? Scooter elements is a well respected site. Prices in Sanford, fl are way cheaper than winter park, fl because people are wealthier and rents in the business district is WAY cheaper. If you do it all yourself is cheaper than paying employees.Just as almost anything in Florida is cheaper than in Alaska. Buy the more expensive if you want, but no reason to bash a dealer for offering good prices.

Hooray! For piggers. My luck this weekend was not so good. I have three dogs, one of which came in Sunday afternoon covered in mud and blood.had to bathe him just to figure out what was bleeding. Vet put five stitches in his front leg and three in his ear.cleaned up a few puncture wounds. Vet says he was in a fight but my yard is fenced and I can't find a spot where he might have dug out or something else dug in. Not a scratch on the other two. Mysterious!! They are a PIA sometimes, but we love them anyway.

Native American tribes frequently went to war with each other to acquire land and slaves. Not much different than the us government you seem to despise. They also migrated here from Mongolia and drove the Peoples already here to extinction. Seems that people are people and we all occasionally misbehave, and occasionally do great things. It's just the times that are different.

Everyone at some point has to let go of the past.the men who spread small pox to native Americans have been dead for a hundred years.no native American is forced to live on the RES. Our computer programmer is native American. He makes a fortune and lives in a BIG house in Houston.drives a BMW. Anyone today who is a fifth class citizen needs to look at their own decisions and consider the future rather than dwell in the past.

The first clear use of the term Palestine to refer to that specific region we know as palestine was in the 5th century BC by herodotus. Sometimes the borders and the names of the country don't accurately reflect the identities of all the people who live there.

i agree that we should support israel, but they are not blameless here. and oil has little to do with the birth of israel. in the late thirties jewish refugees flooded into palestine and were welcomed and loaned land to live on and farm. they decided as a people that they were going to claim that land as there own, thereby striking the first blow in the conflict. they continue even now to antagonize by building settlements in disputed land. while the usa will never return the land to native americans, and cannot unenslave? the ancesters of african americans, our acknowledgement of the wrongs we commited, allows us in some way to move forward and beyond the hate and violence. until israel can do the same i see no path to peace. jews have always been there but israel has not. lets remember that jewish is a religious designation not a nationality, and very few religions have a country of their own. as far as iran goes the cure may turn out worse than the disease. israel and the us may have way more nukes, but the backlash and environmental damage that would be done done make the decision to use them almost impossible.

I have 13s. If I remember correctly the set has 13.5s and 11.5s. And the variator is 115mm.

Hello everyone, I am looking into a performance variator. I know dr pulley is good, but for no good reason I would like to try something else. In my research I ran across a Naraku high speed variator set. It comes with two sets of rollers one of which is matched to the kymco super 8 150, And one to the standard Chinese bike.apparently the kymco has different gearing. I happen to ride a super 8. Matching weights to the variator and scoot is intriguing. Is this just marketing or are they 'scientifically' matched? Is the Naraku a performance variator(can't find the diameter)or more of a race thing? If I go with dr pulley I need to buy various weight rollers to experiment, if I can go with the Naraku I will have three weight sets to tinker with and possibly save a little cash and some experimenting. Or is it crap.? On kymco forum there is a guy that has this variator setup and a 2000rpm torque spring and he loves the gains on top end and acceleration. The torque spring was recommended specifically for his super 8 by his scooter shop. For me the variator is enough right now. So, will I get the results I want, benefitting from someone else's research, or am I falling for creative marketing.
