OK, so let me get this straight. I can get either a Kymco GT 300 or a Piaggio BV 350 for $5500. Hmmm, now that's a tough one. Of course I could almost get a pair of Linhai 275cc for that. I'll have to ponder that mystery.

The PIA says it excludes dealer prep and destination charges in msrp.
The kymco they are included unless you buy from one of those a€€hole "powersports" dealers that lies to you.

Great article KZ, thanks. I knew Piaggio and Vespa were the same company but I didn't know they made Moto Guzzi and Aprilia also. If you're talking price how about the Aprilia SRV 850 they mentioned?:

That is about as far as you can get from a step thru scooter as one can go. I want a scooter that I can step thru, with out climbing on it, if I didn't I damn sure would buy a motorcycle.

edit: in fact that thing is just about as much a scooter as them damn motorized wheel chairs are scooters.

I love the swing arm on the right side. You gotta know that thing doesn't wallow through corners like a milk truck.
