Very nice job Gysixxer, How is that carb mounted on backwards working out. Most that have tried that have troubles because the carb is tilted to far up in the front and the bowl does not cover the jets all the time. Alleyoop I sold this bike back in 2012, had a death in the family an needed money for the funeral. But while I had it, carb worked fine. With the NCY intakeTube on it and having it mounted to the side, sitting on tw bike and tube actually leveled out the carb. Had no issues! A year later I got another project. Was a ruckus clone and I custom stretched it axle to axle was 66in, tire to tire 85", had a 12x8 rear wheel & 12x4 front wheel custom one off poly carbonate wheels. Never got to finish it, had to part it out because I lost my job :/. U can Instagram #bstbuild or #ghostwheels that's my scooter. I still have the frame. And plan on rebuilding it sometime this year. Found a link to a build thread i had for it. Http://www.totalruckus.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=69&t=79095&start=30

No worries bro. I understand what your saying. Ive dealt with a club like that. Not so much as the drama aspect. But to many people thinking they are "the crap". And eventually the drama follows....I like to ride. Thats it. No hurt feelings!!!! Hopefully ill have one soon...Trying to find a deal i cant miss. Or just buy a brand new one...We will see!!!!

Well thats not what we are about JustDon! We arent trying to have drama and powerstruggles. I havent been to any rides. due to issues with my scooter and then me selling it. But for the most part we are all very chill. Mature ppl!!!
My scooter was definatly not like everyone else who rode with us. I was custom as you can see in the pic (blue scooter) & my build thread!!!
If you need any asisstance LMK! Im pretty decent with the scooters, and have tools to do pretty much everything....(but crack a case) LMK!!!! I did Majority of the work on my scooter, the only thing i didnt do was the stretch!!!!
Also the 1st 2 scooters dont ride out with us.

I'm trying to find some info on CPI gtr 150cc gy6 water cooled "scooter"? Since I sold my scooter. A buddy of mine has one and willing to let me have it for cheap, and take it now n pay him later. It isn't running just needs minor work. So I'm trying to see if anyone knows anything about these scooters. Or knows where I can look for parts?

most carbs dont need to be rejetted.....if ur still stock airbox. u dont need to jet. ur exhaust sounds cooler due to the fact that its stainless steel and its a hell of a lot thinner than the cast iron header that was 2 layers thick (ur stock one)....u shouldnt need to rejet...id say check ur plug and go from there...

totalruckus.com gotta remember ot all parts are interchangeable with ruckus and ruckus clone. .... battery boxes are bigger on a clone. as well as seat frames are slightly different....i would hit up totalruckus.com first before monstergy6.com they are somewhat more expensive in my opinion.... also cool thing with the clone ruck is that it is faster than a actual ruck......plus u can bolt up a 100cc big bore kit, with out modifying the case....there are ppl her in fl who are doing this...

hey, sometimes they dont line up right....Mine didnt...i could only bolt up the top side and the one to the exhaust. My fix was i spun the strap facing downwards towards the swing arm and made a short extension and bolted it to the swing arm exhaust mounts...

wiring

Nice, I plan on redoing the wiring system soon. but as of right now. i want to do it with the cheap crap. i need it done by this weekend. and dont have the money to do a trial and error. This way when i do it this way...ill call it my "rough draft" so that i know next time where the wires are and how to run them. I plan on mounting the cdi, coil, starter relay and rectifier under my floor mat on the left side of my battery, there is a nice sized "cubby hole" that im going to gut out and fiberglass the bottomso that it doesnt leak. it is plenty enough space, the size of the battery box!!!!! I dont think im going to have much trouble. I already eliminated about 3ft of harness from the front. All i need to do is pull the harness out from the scoot and go to town!!! im not expecting it to be an easy job. but not expecting it to be a hard one either...also since i am eliminating a ton for things i dont need it will simplify it up for me. When i go and do it the right way, It will all be done with quality wires and connectors and be color coded the same thru and thru....But right now im on a deadline and i have to cut this corner. Granted it would be the best way to do it correctly, but i dont have time to make mistakes and waste wires....We shall see, and if it seems that i cant get it done by sunday...then i will definatly be going back to sq 1 and do it right.....I already got a 4 page instruction on how to wire it up the way that i want it to be ran... thanks to a new friend!!!!!

hey i ordered 9g, 10g & 11g rollers, from scooter elements and got a really good deal...no name brand but if ur wanting to tune and test out, best to not waste much money....i dont see the difference in rollers n sliders...weights are weights. but i did notice a huge difference.
