We are trying to organize a club here in volusia county for weekly meets and rides. We do not discrimnate any rider or rides!!!! If ur stock, modded or customized, or just a work in progress/under construction!!! We dont care. We are all about the fun and ride about scooters!!!! We are drama free and just want to have a good time and no trouble making!!!! Just come n hang out. Sunday 2/19/2012 8pm @ Lelo's BBQ on Saxon Blvd in Orange City We can meet up @ My house so we can ride out together its a short (5-7min) ride from my house. But we can make it longer lol!!!! When I got mine three years ago, I was living in Kissimmee. I rode it everywhere... Orlando, Winter Park, Cleremont. I took out to the beach in Melbourne once and then another time I even rode it all the way out to St. Pete Beach and back in a weekend. All in all, I've got about 12,000 miles on it. Many were hard miles though... no wonder I'm on my second engine. Go hard or go home!!!

That is interesting what you did with the intake manifold turning it around. I have had problems with clearance with the support bar. might have to try that out one day! You know after i sold you the CVK carb and you told me how it ran real good. I am actually thinking of installing one on my scooter to see if it runs any better lol. You bought the last one tho lol btw. the way i stretched my scooter, i had to forward face my carb. with the stock carb, it sat to angled and the way i ran the tube it pinched the intake tube on the manifold. and made me box out....with the cvk, its smaller and lower and it doesnt pinch the tube at all. runs great. Also Composimo.com sells a "angled clocking flange" for forward facing carbs to level out so u dont bog out and so the bowl always stays full. however with what i did. and my weight, (not me riding my scooter in the later pictures btw), it pushes the carb down just enough to make it level....so i will not be using a clocking flange!!!!

Pretty cool man, surprised there aren't more people on these boards doing this. Thanks bro. I appreciate it. Where im at. The scooter scene is big. And all the ppl i know. Tune and build custom Honda Ruckus (some really bad arse crap), i eventually want one. but i like being different. i love my scooter. Its my first build and its coming out pretty damn good. Walter... LOL, my bad homie. I gps'd today, 63mph. no tuck, in traffic, and i wasnt @ complete wot. Im sure if i tucked i would have gotten 66-67mph. I need to do some more tuning. A/f ratio, slider weights and clutch work. Later will come the 60mm kit. l o l. U SHOULD SPONSOR MY SCOOTER!!!! LOL....being a deltona native and all!!!

I personally lowered the front by raising the forks into my glove box. it did be some what of a bothering ride, every dip/bump in the road or pot hole/man hole. my front would hit very hard. However since i stretched the rear end. it raked the front some and no longer does it hit hard any more...it is a bit of a bumpy ride since i manipulated the factory mount and suspension. but the looks and respect and props is well worth it!!!! Check out my build thread in the "Custom" section "Project: Gysixxer"

Sup, im new here. But i'd like to share my first build! Project: Gysixxer I recieved this scooter on a trade. It was not running, it had been sitting for months. The next day i cleaned the carb & changed the battery and she fired right up. I got to take it on one ride. It had some issues. A few days later, i went to charge the scooter and something bad happened. Still to this day i have issues with the electrical system. But its a work in progress. . So she sat for a few more months, untill i sold my current scooter at that time. Even though it wasnt running i decided to start building her up. She had 3600 in milage on the odo. From what the original owner told me, by the shop he brought it too. He told me it needed a new piston n rings. So naturally i ordered a 58.5mm 155cc big bore & a10 cam, New Racing Performance CDI, orange coil, Powerlink 842 belt & intake filter. Still not running, i brought it to my friends house were it sat for another month. Tried swapping cdi, coil, spark and stator. Still no luck. So after nothing getting resolved i brought her home. Frustrated, i contemplated on selling it. But gave it one last shot. Made some changes and BAM. She fired up. Shortly after i found it had an electrical issue. And with a friend of mine we made a temp fix. More tinkering and modding happen after this.... 1. Slammed the front roughly 4in 2. Bought a LOT of parts on another forum, for dirt cheap. $150, got me a ncy variator, ncy drive face, p&p full exhaust, 1500rpm torque spring, ncy dipstick, ncy intake tube, uni 2stage filter & chrome air filter, dr. Pulley sluders and rollers (various sizes), orange cdi (bad), 842 belt (broke on my boys scooter after 20-40miles) and a full jet kit! 3. Mrp main spring kit & chrome oil catch can, custom side mount licence plate off of the cvt cover with led plate lights & a brand new seat!!! 4. 140/60-13 rear tire and slightly used chrome oem adjustable shocks (lowered the rear 1in) 5. Stretched the rear 6-8in (not 100% sure) & ceramic coated my cvt and exhaust. 6. All new fuel lines. 7. Pw:JDM Drag handle bar conversion, black & blue (2 sets) of grips, bar end bike mirrors and cup holder 8. 30mm cvk carb w/ 117.5 rejet & a12 cam (cam not installed yet) forward facing carb with aluminum intake manifold & mounted my intake sticking out of the side of my plastics (sickkkkkkkkk!!!!) So here is my build, Thanks to Will & Mike @ Performance Kote, Orlando FL. And my boy Lenny for helping me and listening to my endless b/s!!!! Its not completed. I still have to complete the wiring harness and do the rest of the cosmetic work. Plan on a vinyl wrap, bkue header wrap (next week) Swapping out the wheels and doing a rear fatty conversion (near future) with an ankle biter cvt cover, some more transmission work. And then she should be comepleted!!! Thanks for reading!!! Attachments:
