Thanks for reply, Rollers look to be round & in good shape--I have 2022 mi on scoot & relaced the belt at 1800-- Gates Belt. Odd thing--I checked the rollers on 4 of my scoots & they all were real close to same weight(New Digital scales) except one set which had a flat spot on each roller, looked like someone was trying to make sliders out of them. Ha ha---Later & thanks to all Pop

Does anyone have a chart converting drill bit sizes to carb jet size---Like 110 jet size equals ?? drill bit size. Or can anyone tell me what size bit I would need for jet 110=drill jet 115=drill Do not think I need to open pilot any,I only put a free flow air cleaner on my little Roketa. Thanks Pop

Hey Guys & gals? Just thought wifes Trike had smoothed out--felt better for a couple of starts & then started the same old crap. When taking off, it feels & sounds like the chain is jumping teeth on sprocket or something like that--but if you stand off to the side & look at chain & sprockets the hopping up & down is at the rear sprocket--once it gets a little speed up it is a lot smoother- still not as it should be-I am comparing it to my Daughters 2010 trike it is 10 times the trike this new cyclone is. Cyclone has new chain on it--line up as close as I can get it--sprocket teeth hit dead center in middle of chain--Diff has plenty of lube in it-gear box freshly changed with Syn Lube-engine runs smooth(new plug-filter-valves adj at 4&5- comp at 155) all mount bolts are very tight- castle nuts on hubs are tight. am pretty well lost at this time. Ally how about that bearing in the gear box which some member found to be missing in his, any input on that? tear Diff down & check it? Any help Greatly appreciated. Never had any idea a new scoot could be so troublesome--no good words for Ice Bear from here. Thanks Pop

Al, That sounds pretty good-might be the way to go-I don't really think Jim will get anything done with Ice Bear. replacing chain & aligning sprockets really made a diff. in smoothness. Maybe wife will like it now. Where is the best place to measure from to check for square? Have worked on Bikes & Scoots for 55 yrs--trikes & Chee stuff is still kinda new. Appreciate your advice. Pop

Ally & gang--Anyone else on here had the muffler clog up on Cyclone? My wifes bike has been a problem child since new--Vibrations- rattles--little or no PDI from Ice Bear. With 810 mi. on it ,she started to loose power until it would not pull--let sit a few mins & it would go again--back to the barn--strip her down -start checking, replace part & test again. After replacing coil-CDI- Carb-fuel-fuel filter & checking all wires & gas & vac lines, same thing, but while it was stripped down I did find 4 chain links broken on 1 side & that the sprockets were not lined up-after replacing the chain realigning the sprockets & letting it sit & run at fast idle while watching the chain I noticed the exhaust was really quite, when I put my hand over the pipe got VERY little pressure---removed the muffler, ran a straight pipe on back took it for a ride & have a completely different bike. Hey this thing is fun. Gutted the old muff-reinstalled it & now it runs fine. Big problem Wifey doesn't like Loud like really loud. This trike is i think finally usable if I can get it a little quieter. Rapid Jim if you read this is stopped up mufflers under warranty? Especially on Fri. built trikes. Any one with any suggestions holler back. Thanks Pop

Watch that Motopoopie stuff Basham---You must have been talking to my wife--Ha ha My wifes Cyclone has a little over 600 mi on it & it seems to be picking up a lot of rattles from the Diff. anyone had any probs there--checked out the rear end breakdown & it seems pretty simple, just haven't got around to taking it apart--any suggestions? Will try & figure out what all these scoots are & learn how to send pic in next few days. I have a 150 Roketa Spec Addition which I love --a 2010 150cc trike I think Roketa also--2008 150 Sun-L-- 2006 Sun-L with 8 mi on it--a 2008 Bashan(looks just like my sun-l's) which I have tore down to paint & put a sidecar on Then my little classic looking 2008 Lahai hotrod another fun critter--my wife has the 2012 Cyclone we bought through Jim back in July(Problem Child)do not pay Ice Bear for a PDI if you expect to get anything other than maybe the warrenty ANY Mech. inclined 10 YEAR OLD COULD HAVE DID A BETTER SETUP. They did warrenty L. fender & frt tire--One rear tire was so much out of round it would have took at least 14 oz. of weight to bal.( tire shop would not put that much weight on a 10 in tire) Something about DOT laws. Jim said Ice Bear wouldn't consider replacing it--Found a old time recapping shop that trimmed it for me--olny took 4 oz. then. Other than a couple wires that were unplugged, 1 fuel line disconnected lots of loose bolts, nut completely missing on R.R. shock, chain to tight, brown goop in carb intake & a few other things I guess they did a pretty good job. Ha Ha. Like I said Love that Jim he helped all he could I guess But Ice Bear sure needs to Cowboy up or go back to China. MPO Hey guys thanks for litening & any suggestions are appreciated on the Diff. Later Pops PS the other Scoots belong to my son & daughter & I counted 11 of them in my stable today.
