welcome to the forum . you need to check your grounds clean them up . Remove the turn signal switch , spray bath it with WD40 and work the switch on off left right about a hundred times . spray it with the keyboard duster wipe it clean and dry . see if that fixes it . John good info, john, however a dielectric grease after the wd 40 is better. also "PB Blaster" is i think a better penetrating oil. i have been told wd is good but one must oil after things are unstuck etc. to help remove the corrosive in the wd40 joe Attachments:

howdy forum, joe here new and impressed with this site. thanks for the time everyone has put into this forum. this pic is of a bike i built and rode to tennessee and back from grand rapids michigan, and one way from bootheel of missouri, plus many 100 mi. round trips within michigan. (100 mi rest a day or many, and then back) still have it . now i ride my 07 yamaha zuma 50. i am scooter (moped) mechanic for two seasons now at numbutts moped and pedal bike rental in silver lake mi. we have china bikes and they are alright, but they aint a zuma without this forum i would be lost with the electrical systems. until later,,,,, joe Attachments:
