Here is the USER MANUAL: But I would re-check your wiring because the Fault light is telling you something is wrong with the electrics. Alleyoop www.invectis.co.uk/neco/NAbruzzi.pdf

Valves need to be adjusted would be the first thing on the thing to do list. If its a water cooled motor then it could be that the fan is not coming on the thermostat is not working bad head gasket etc.. SO we need to know what kind of scooter this piece of Chinese crap it is to help fix it

Bummer about your back, those are painful, so rest up and get better and don't rush it.
Now about TDC, Best way is take the plug out so it is easy to turn the flywheel CLOCKWISE. Ok we know that the BUMP on the flywheel when it goes under the PICKUP COIL is when it FIRES THE PLUG WHICH means the piston is near the TOP.
Knowing that, rotate it so you see the BUMP on the flywheel about to come under the PICKUP COIL, now stick the STRAW in the plug hole now it will NOT SMASH YOUR STRAW and you can see when it moves out the furthest. NOW at this time IF the CAM is NOT aligned meaning the two holes and the big hole are not visible MEANS you are on the EXHAUST STROKE so TAKE THE STRAW OUT and rotate the fly wheel one more time to get it on the COMPRESSION STROKE and again when the bump is near stick the straw in the hole and now you can play with the fly wheel back and forth to find when the piston is all the way up watching the straw.
Now take a picture of the FLYWHEEL TIMING MARKS and a PICTURE OF THE CAM SPROCKET to see if the timing is off.
To get it back in time IF NEEDED,
1. The 4 nuts holding the Valves assembly have to come off. 2. The Cam Chain Tensioner, the tension has to be released or you can take it out. 3. Take the Chain off the Cam Sprocket. 4. Set the Cam back in aligned. 5. Put the Chain back on WITH OUT THE FLYWHEEL MOVING. 6. Put the NUTS back on 17-21 ft lbs. 7. RE-CHECK your valve gaps Button it up. Alleyoop

Thank you 2stroked, right on.
LOY, in that picture you put up Turn the Idle Speed screw JUST ENOUGH THAT ONE FUEL OUTLET SHOWS so it has a chance to start. Also remember the ENRICHER will also be feeding it fuel for about the first 3-4 minutes. If it starts and the idle is to LOW just turn the IDLE SPEED a little more NOT A LOT it does not take MUCH TO RAISE OR LOWER THE IDLE with the IDLE SPEED SCREW.

In your video I saw another carb, check the idle speed screw on that one by LOOKING INTO THE THROAT at the tiny outlets and then unscrew the IDLE SCREW so it JUST TOUCHES the FLAT part of the CONTROL WHEEL then turn the idle speed screw just enough to expose the 1st tiny fuel outlet. THEN DO the same amount on the carb on your motor to be at least close.

NO, factory setting was not or is not all the way down. That would open all the pilot jets tiny outlets and the idle would be way to high around 3000+ rpms. The Pilot jets fuel outlets are usually 4 tiny pinholes by the butterfly. As you turn the IDLE SPEED screw it uncovers more of the 4 outlet allowing more fuel to be sucked out and you get a higher idle. Exposing all 4 at one time the idle will be 3000+ rpms and that is not save for starting.

Sorry Bro but you are clueless about this stuff. And yes I will insult anyone that comes on and being a smart arse and just leave.
YOU BELIEVE YOU HAVE CLUES GOOD, YOU WANT TO TAKE OVER AND FIX THIS GUY AND GET HIS SCOOTER RUNNING!!! YES OR NO I will go and help someone else.

I told you what to do on POST 125 previous page. You do not follow instructions very well do you. You cause more problems for yourself by not doing what your told. You go and mess around with other things. turning it 2 or 3 turns means a lot.
BUT DO NOT TOUCH THAT SCREW right now LISTEN UP OK, THE FUEL RATIO SCREW turn it closkwise until it stops and then COUNTER CLOCKWISE 2 full turns. It maybe now the IDLE is to open now that you messed with it.

NO, what we are trying to do is see if adjusting the FUEL MIXTURE screw out 2 full turns from the closed position and covering the air intake it will suck in some fuel in and the motor will start.
The Idle speed screw MAY NOT be opening up enough to allow fuel from the tiny pilot jet outlets to come out.
SO the IDLE SPEED SCREW only turn it CLOCKWISE 1/16 of an inch it does not take much for that screw. Alleyoop

Not a problem Bro , I wish there were some that would also try and REALLY HELP instead of just shooting in the breeze. But, that tells you what kind they are and how much they do know or not know, they will not stick around and really help because they do not know. WATCH OUT -- Those who do not know, do not know that they do not know.

I just love this, people come on give a sh!t arse SMART arse suggestion and they don't know there arse from the hole in the wall then go away. I have yet to see one come on make a valid suggestion and stick around to help with the outcome . BUT NO they come on give some bad info confuse the OP and never hear from their silly arse again. It will pop only maybe once or twice bro but will not stay running If that is all it took then covering the air intake with his hand would of popped it off. You gots to know this stuff and how it works not just throw balls at it and hope one sticks
