To me that would mean the wheel itself is loose if many miles maybe the bearing is shot. Lift the front wheel off the ground and see if you can rock the wheel.

Check your GREEN WIRES those are GROUND WIRES usually what they do is they solder a bunch together and then go to the frame with one to ground all of them. So check where your NEGATIVE post on the battery goes to and also the ground wire from the motor to frame they usually put the grounds all on the same place on the frame. It could also just be a GREEN WIRE came off a plug and is disconnected.
Or you can get a multi meter and test for CONTINUITY on all the green wires to find the one that is not grounded. Alleyoop

Measure the end of the mirrors stud: 8mm =5/16 if it is bigger than 5/16 then you know they are 10mm. 10mm=25/64

7 Hours is plenty the battery tender should have the green light on. When the green light flashs means it is 80% charged if RED it is still charging and after 7 hours means you have a bad battery.

Well if the problem is just harder to start in the cold you do not need to upjet just richen the mixture up by turning the fuel ratio mixture counter clockwise. Normally the stock pilots are 31-32 on the 50s so use which ever one looks like it is a little bigger, Then adjust, if to much fuel you can always lean the mixture out by turning the screw clockwise. Just as long as your not to far off on the size in either direction you can get it dialed in with the mixture screw. Alleyoop

Did you not start it up and run it before buying it? If it was running when you bought it WHAT has changed since you brought it home? When you say KILL SWITCH IS ON SHE CRANKS, is this mean the killswitch is on the RUN POSITION or NO RUN POSITION?
Take the Spark Plug out or if you have a SPARE Plug just takje the boot cap off the plug in the motor and stick the spare plug in the boot and hold it on the VALVE COVER or on the motor someplace and crank it over and see if you have spark. Alleyoop

You need a MULTI METER pick one up at any hardware store for under $10.00 or if you have a HARBOR FREIGHT around you 6.00 bucks and start the scoot and test the charging system. REV IT UP AND SEE IF THE voltage goes up 13+. If so then you can test if you have a drain problem and the battery is getting drained while sitting. Alleyoop Here is how to test for a parasite: scooterdoc.proboards.com/thread/6162/battery-parasite

The left hand is the rear brakes the right one is the front brakes. Check the RESERVOIR and see if you can see the brake FLUID through the site glass. It may low on fluid and or the brake pads are worn and you need new brake pads. Alleyoop

Any scooter shop that sells chinese scoots around you can probably do the brake job for you. The bore and stroke only know of two one in Wisconsin and one in Michigan.

So with that trace the BRAKE SWITCH WIRES back since those are not working, no lights and no solenoid. Which means no voltage is going to the bracke switchs OH by the way did you try both BRAKES to see if you have voltage on one of the brake switchs.
Well it is again that time around here and hope you find the break in power I will check on your thread tomorrow. Alleyoop

Ok, now look where you stuck your hand to check the wires on the socket and see if maybae you accidently unplugged some wire. I know those plugs are very easy to come apart Happened to me when I installed my radio put everything back and my amp meter did not work sure enough I had accidently hit one wire going to it and it came unplugged. Well I belive it is a wire or plug that came undone with the vibration and or you accidently hit one and it came loose sticking your hands in there.
