I found out the head the blown. Since October I've changed the head, carburetor, the pistons and rings, the CDI, the Stator and pick up. But it STILL sounds the same. Many have suggested it's Timing. I brought the cylinder up to TDC and aligned the Cam with the three holes, unfortunately I can't get compression over 175psi and it STILL sounds the same. I don't have an airbox so it's not a dirty airbox. what am I missing?

I removed the timing port screw on the side of right side of the engine, made sure the the cylinder was dead top and the lined up with the mark inside the engine. Outside of doing that, I don't don't know any other way to check for perfect timing.

Actually I just replaced the plug, but it WAS caked that quickly. I don't see any liquid though. I'm still waiting for the gasket to show up. It should be here tomorrow.

Tried that. I used in weld to form a gasket for the head, I think that may be the problem now. Violent may be leaking into to piston chamber.

I'm hoping that was just a bad head gasket. I've since replaced that. The owner before me replaced the fuel pump with an electric on. The petcocck doesn't seem to be connected anymore. I just reconnected the line going to the intake manifold. Didn't help start the bike though.

I bought a Jonway Y250T as a project bike. I have WHITE Spark, GOOD Starter, and good gas, but STILL it won't start. I replaced CDI, coil & Stator, battery and spark plug. I rebuilt the Carburetor and head.I got it to start, but the Idle was rough and white smoke poured from the exhaust. I noticed the flange the carburetor was connected to had a broken broken bolt so I extracted the bolt, resealed the flange, now it won't start at all. Tried adjusting Carburetor air/flow mixture. After about the fourth cranking cycle I hear the Carburetor cough a bit, but that's it. Any suggestions? Dropbox link to MORE photos and Video In this video at LEAST I had it running. Now NOTHING.

Problem Solved (I think)..... Okay, NOT Solved
It seems that the stem in the Vacuum pump had worked it's way loose. I forced it back into placed with pliers, re-attached the line and started her up. Now...she's fine.
The bike ran fine for about a mile before she bogged down and quit. I push the start button several times only the here it sound like it wanted to start. then..tried to start again and she turned right over. I couldn't throttle up, but the idle was high enough to cruise me in at 21 mph. I really need to work this out. I just put her up for sale 3 days ago. I can't sell it like this...

I really don't understand it. She was running just fine. Then I didn't ride for a few days. I put her on a slow charge last night. I went to start her this morning and everything was fine, but she never idled down after the warm up. I tried the throttle, but she bogged down instead. I just recently changed out the carb and bystarter, and until this the bike was running PERFECTLY. Now that the biike is warm the idle is weird. I still can't throttle. I let it just run (thinking if it's a clog or something, it might work itself out) but after some time she just dies out. Please HELP.

I jumped the wires from the terminals to the wire harness coming out out the instrument panel. Now the gauge just read "full"... Wow.

Is there some way of checking to see if it is getting power? Because neither my gas gauge nor my temp gauge is reading on my 2008 Hauwin 250cc (Helix clone). I just checked the the ohms on the Fuel sensor unit and it's fine, so the unit works. I need a way of checking to insure the electronic gauge itself is receiving the signal.
