i put in a smaller idle jet turned the a/f screw in a half turn, no more noise or weird noises when i take off from a stop

The carb came with a 35 i didn't think to change it

it settled down so i guess its rich, but it makes a weird noise after i running it wot and stop at a stop sign and pull the throttle like a low honk sound

Ok ill try it now, maybe i need to put the airbox back on until i get my exhaust pipe, im running an 88 main and a 35 pilot jet

I have a uni filter on it and yes its a dull load roar, how do i stop the intake honk it does that too when i twist the throttle after stopping at times

Im going to buy one, the roketa instrument cluster is way wrong rpm and speed, i have a new cluster that i will have tomorow, maybe i should up the weights ? it runs smooth and queit till i open it all the way up. Its not a scream its a low loud moan

my roketa with stock exhaust uni and 100cc big bore kit runs queit all the up to 3/4 throttle if i open it up all the way it gets loud makes a boooar! sound i have 10 gram weights in so i don't figure its overreving, i could be wrong though. Its queit and smooth until i open it all the way up.

I believe it was correct i check tdc with piston in the jug , it did line up to the t mark on this scoot, i had problems with timing on my big bore kit the first time i did a kit i make sure its exact.

could be, i like to think it was perfect since ive done it at least 30 times, i could be wrong though lol. The cam i took out rolled rough like sandpaper
