HAHAHAHA, I know, but they did not call you or me when they designed them I mentioned about six quotes before that it is loading up on gas ( not bad ), I'm thinking maybe I need to check the air filter and looks like I have to remove the whole rear section to get at it. Gives me something to do I guess. To hot to work on it today maybe tomorow. Thanks Alley for all your info kalee

Check the brake reservoir window it may be low on brake fluid if so take the cover off and fill it so it looks like there is a little bubble on the top of the window. Then SLOWLY SQUEEZE THE BRAKE to get air out of it. It will shot up some so DO IT SLOWLY otherwise it will squirt all over the place and as you do this you will start to notice pressure coming back. Alleyoop Okay Thanks Alley I will try that kalee

Yea its a 300 trike : Alleyoop Does the Differential look like this: Yes it does look like this.Is the hand control for the brake rebuildable it acts like there is no pressure coming out of the hand control. This trike is only showing 1057 miles but sure is ruff, must not be right or its been sitting outside even before this lady bought it. It seems to be loading up on gas, do I need to adjust the carb? dont look like its ever been done. kalee

Alley, I tore into the throttle on the handle bars today ( no kinks in cable )couldnt move the cable so I started putting penetrating oil down the sheave. About a half hour later I could move the cable inside the sheave now its working okay. Down here in south Tx. you dont dare leave anything sitting outside or its going to rust. Now she has another problem no front brake, there is fluid in the reservoir so I tried bleeding the front brake but didnt do any good.
You probably dont remember but this is the trike I told you about a year ago this lady bought this bike thinking it was a 250cc and the mehcanic that works on it for her told me it was a 150cc. WELL guess what here is the model# ZH-300Za & serial# L37LMPFV1AZ010036, this was on a plate mounted to the frame. Back tires are 235/30-12.. I'm thinking this is a 300cc and its a 2010 with reverse. What do you think? I'm going to have to break down an buy a lift ramp to be able to work on these trikes, getting to old to get up an down, getting down isnt the problem its getting back up. I would sure like to have the differential thats in this trike, its all inclosed like a car differential. This trike has a radiator on it but I can not find the fill cap any Idea's ?

What year a bike is it and what sort of speeds do you get on the open road? kalee If you're talking about my red scooter trike, it's an Icebear Zodiac, 300cc, with reverse. It'll max out at around 60mph, cause it weighs around 570 lbs, and add my fat butt and it's lucky to do that. thanx for looking Dave Thanks davec kalee

Alley, have you ever had the throttle cable apart on your 150cc ? My neighbor here in the park ask me to take her trike for a ride and it has sit for quite some time but I did get it started. But the throttle seems to be froze and I'm not sure what or how to take it apart or what to look for. Shaft on carburator still move's so I'm pretty sure its in the cable. ( She has had problems with the throttle before and some one else worked on it )
