I bought an inversion table years ago. When I had a bad night rebuilding engines at work I would hang from it for about 5 minutes when I got home.
That would take the kinks out of my back every time.
I was a truck mechanic for 41 years, the last 18 doing engine rebuilds for the district.
I haven't used it since I retired, 5 years ago.
