Fixed my back yesterday. The last few months it has kept me from doing just about every thing. Went out to the barn and got a hold of a over head joist and tried a chin up. with some steady pull from my arms I got my feet off the ground for about a min and then came a loud pop. I hurt shoulders doing it but the back hardly is hurting at all.
First thing I did was go inside and order a inversion table from amazon. Guess I should have went to a chiropractor but I am cheap.

My older brother has had on of those inversion tables for 10 years and loves it. He says it even takes care of headaches. He said the chiropractors didn't help him much.

I have one and it works for my wife and me. I don't get back pain often , but when I do 5-10 minutes on the inversion table does the trick . It doesn't work for everyone , but it's worth a try . You can usually pick one up from Craigslist for under a hundred bucks .

I bought an inversion table years ago. When I had a bad night rebuilding engines at work I would hang from it for about 5 minutes when I got home. That would take the kinks out of my back every time. I was a truck mechanic for 41 years, the last 18 doing engine rebuilds for the district.
I haven't used it since I retired, 5 years ago.
