My scooter dealer said to use Star-tron available at Tractor Supply Co.
I have a 2008 Honda CRF 230L that I used Seafoam in last year to clean out the carb - it helped some but didn't get it running right. This year I used Star-tron in it and within 2000 miles it started running better than anytime since it was new. (over 30000 miles on it)

The taillight part is burnt out but not the brake light part. Kind of like a headlight where low beam doesn't work but high beam does.

My dealer put 2 corks on the arm - gauge works fine now.
