It is laying right underneath the valve cover but I cant see and spots where it would have fell off of. All the connections on the valve cover are acounted for. If I put my thumb on the end of the hose while the scooter is running it shuts off.

okay, I got the scooter to idle. I guess the last person who tried to fix the rpm's going up and down tightened the air/fuel mixture screw on the carb ALL THE WAY IN. So, I adjusted that and it idles with no problem. I do still notice theres a lose in power. Can anyone tell me if that hose above is suppose to be disconnected or not?

I notice theres a thin crack in the intake manifold and all the other rubber lines seem to be okay. Would that really make that much of a differnce?

I have a used gy6 150 cc eagle and it will not idle. I can ride at 60mph with no problem. I've adjusted the idle screw but it will only idle with the idle screw all the way in. Now that I have the idle screw all the way and the scooter at an idle, it will rev really high and then purr, rev reallly high and then purr. Any suggestions?

Bingo......one of the grounds must have not been making a good connection. I took apart a splice in the harness that had 10 green wires just below the steering wheel and now it all works.. A lot of the wires in the steering wheel part of the harness are spliced like this with a piece of solder holding them. I guess when you try to do this with 10 wires its not so reliable. thank you mr beitz.

I have a 150cc scooter that says eagle on the side and has an aa powersports symbol on the front. I know it has the gy6 motor.
Its driving me crazy. It's something in the front where all the wires are. If i tap on the steering wheel or tug on a batch of wires it will go on but then If I tug or tap the same way I cant get it go off.

Hello everyone
I am having a problem getting some lets to work on my scooter. I just installed a new battery
My headlights, dash board lights, and tail light wont work right. Everything else works great all the time. Occasionally they will all decide to come on at once for a short while. I have a volt meter and have detached most of the wiring harness but just dont know where to start. Any help is greatly appreciated.
