You're close....the fuel lines look like should be about right. Now, that 3rd vacuum line coming off the "T" needs to get attached to the carb, on the opposite side from then fuel line, on the throttle cable side. I posted a pic with the port circled up. That should get you to at least running. As for the emissions crap, yeah you loose a small amount of mileage but in the end of the day, it's just less chance for confusion and something going wrong....lol It also looks so nice and tidy under the seat with all that garbage gone too

I think its great..because it shows how much of a puppet these news readers are. She never once thought "hey, these cannot be the real names." That's about the only reason really I found any of that truly humorus.....the common sense in News Media has officially "Left the building" lol

Make your life WAY easier.....ditch all that emissions crap.
Tovget it to start, all you need is the vacuum line from the intake manifold (infront of the carb) to the "T" fitting, the "T" fitting to the fuel pump (to draw vacuum to open the fuel diaphram), the other place on the "T" fitting going to the other side of the carb for the ACV valve (to run the needle valve in the velocity stack).
From the fuel pump you need to have the line from the bottom of the fuel tank with the fuel filter on it running to the pump, then from the pump back to the carb. That's it for getting it to run. I hope this is helpful.
The line from the top of the fuel tank can be left open to atmosphere, it just vents the fuel tank so fuel can flow out. Put a fuel filter on it and zip tie it up high to keep crap out of it. Same with the line off the rocker cover breather line. Rest of that crap can go in the garbage.
I hope this is helpful, otherwise I'll make my own vid for ya and try to get it up for you too look at. You have pretty much identical set up as i have on this scoot.

My bad!! Sorry!!!
It's an 08 Xingyue 150 GY6....1300 miles on it.....4 stroke....
I'll double check the diaphram and see what's going on. I had it out a few days ago and it looked fine but never hurts to double check.

Awesome pic....So remove the cover and the variator, make sure that the one gear stays on the crank for a spacer and the rest of the kick start crap will pretty much just slide out of there?
SWEET.....I'm worried that this guy will ride his scoot and lean good n hard into a left turn and this lever kickin' the back side of the scooter up unexpectedly and possibly throwing him off.
While you're riding the lever slowly comes down to the fully "Kicked" position....so we feel that since that thing has never even coughed when using the kick start that just take it out.

Check the condition of your plug and spark, clean your carb and jets, check vacuum lines for leaks.

I feel bad because I kinda giggled a lil bit (I'm a lil twisted like that I guess) mainly because a news station actually aired the segment but don't find it amuzing due to the spirit of the joke's originality......
