Guess What GUYS! I got her going today! I went ahead and took off the other side panel to reveal the CDI Unit, 4 connectors in the Harness, Ignition Coil, Etc. I took all the connectors apart and check the ends for corrosion or burnt/melted plastic, there was neither. The bike was covered in DIRT, so Dielectric Greased the connectors, and CLEANED EVERYTHING! WHILE I WAS CLEANING, The MAIN Ground on the bike, on the TOP Starter bolt was VERY Loose, Tightened that up. P.S. THIS BIKE has a KICK STAND SENSOR, IT WILL NOT START WITH THE KICK STAND DOWN! LOL Thanks a lot guys for all the help, I can't tell if it was from my own stupidity in not realizing that it had a kick-stand sensor, or if it was the LOOSE Ground Bolt. Hahaha

I'm a little worried about getting the throttle cable down to a single cable and have it sit right, but I think I can get that solved, just use The UP side and zip-tie the other one to the single cable a little further up the cable. So if anyone EVER wants to put the "Stock" one back on, they can.

Exactly what I WANTED to do! hahaha I dislike this carb, ALOT! It has been a pain, since I decided to take it off and clean it, mainly finding the right sequence to put the TWO throttle cables on! Does this not SLAM the butterfly closed when you let off of it?

Your are right Alley, No Adjustment Screw, However I can adjust the Idle, like a normal gy6 carb. Does MUKUNI make the Roketa/Bashan/Peace Carbs? I can't remember.
I still think I might have some bad gas in the tank, I swear I can smell bad gas... I've just been procrastinating on draining it, hahaha
BTW I put a Brand New Battery in it, NO CHANGE, I think it's Bound up like you think Alley, gonna take it off and clean the teeth, I am right next to the beach, so SAND IS an Issue! lol

Thanks jvino, I actually own these ATM, 2008 WFH50-S2 (49cc) 2007 Vento Triton (49cc) 1994 Suzuki GSX-R 750w (750cc)
But I also run a Scooter Repair Business out of my shop building in NW FL. I love any kind of engine big and small. I love these little things man! Great Gas Mileage, Plus, you can tear the entire scooter down in 3-5 hours, depending on hard you want to work on them! I like posting my issues on here though, so as to help someone else that might be having the same issues. 1,000+ heads are better than ONE!
Thanks alot for all of the input BTW guys, I took the carb off and got it as clean as possible. I was AMAZED, that for as dirty as it was on the outside, the inside didn't have ONE spot of varnish! I went ahead and cleaned the Jets and the outside of the carb, this thing as an ANNOYING Throttle cable(Double). Got it all back on and tight, but STILL no Start, EVEN with a small spray of Engine Starter! Gonna pull the fuel pump, make sure it's sending enough...

Ok guys, I cleaned the carb, but the funny thing is, it was CLEAN, Really clean. On the inside, not one spot of varnish...? I cheated on draining the gas and just added Premium. Prolly gonna have to drain it, and just get completely new gas. I was hoping it would get going and I could just RIDE the bad gas out lol

Yes I can Alley, It WILL turn over when I kick it, and the Headlight is Bright while kicking, the spark is Great, I can see it plain as day even in the sun light. I really think the Carb being FILTHY is the reason it won't start. As for the Electric Start, I think your spot on with a bad battery. It has been sitting in the owner's shed for 2 years :/ No Tending

Alright guys, I attempted to take the bucket out, but apparently on this Vino, you have to take Everything off of the back, Just to get it out. So ATM, I decided to leave it in, and just take the side skirts and front panel off. This will give me access to Solenoid, Fuel Lines, Carb, and Spark Plug.
I AM getting Fuel(NEW GAS), Spark, (Alley, The Brake lights DO come on), still won't turn the starter over though, even jumping the Solenoid, I can hear the starter TRYING to turn, but just won't do it.(The Battery has 12.5 Volts).
I've kicked it for a good 20 mins trying to get it going, it ALMOST decides to go, but never does.
My 2 Cents is on the The Kill-Switch being corroded? Not sure guys, since I am getting spark, I really thought for sure that I WASN'T, But I AM! haha
Posting some pics of it also, THANKS GUYS!
