With my winter coat good for -20C , leather winter boots , insulated leather riding gloves , sweater , a couple pair of jeans , and helmit with silk mask under it I'm good for sub 0 riding , just have to me be motivated to dress up and ride with the ice patched everywhere . In a month though it will be snow covered till May and will ride a little more as you can have traction on the snow . No salt used up here when the roads get covered they stay covered till spring . They plow them but only to clean the daily accumulation not all the way down to the road surface so your always on packed snow . Will get my studded snow tires on and have some real fun

I have taken many rides over 100klm each and all at wot . My scoot starts every time , has over 4500klm and I've had no problems with it . Of the millions of scoots the chinese sell of course your going to hear from some that have had a bad experience , also over on this side of the pond you can't be like those fly by nite sellers that by a bulk of them and sell over the internet ....brick and mortar network stores is almost the only way to sell them here and you have to back them for repairers so the resellers get the higher grade scoots . Example the lowest AGM scoot they sell is 1300€ ( just over 1750 US dollars ) so the chinese scoots we do see are not that bad but rather good quality and affordable compaired to some of the competition like Aprilia , vespa, Peugeot , and others .

I had the same thing when I adjusted the needle . I took the carb off , put my finger in the throat of the carb pushing the slide up while also fitting the diaphragm back in its grove . Put the top on and started the screws and with a q-tip ensure the lip was in the groove all the way around . Buttoned her up and was fine .

It's supposed to be the same size but when I pulled the old one out at 1000klm the naraku belt was quit a bit thicker and softer also seemed shorter. Could realy tell a differance in top speed and overall performance . Like car tires I guess as you can have two same size tires side by side and they will slight differances in width, hight and rubber compounds .

Thanks my AMG Reto 50 is from the Netherlands but yes it is a chinese scoot , but defiantly one of the better ones as I haven't had any problems with it . Been very reliable and everything is fully adjustable ( carb isn't sealed and all that ) I have put many naraku racing performance parts on it. Belt, 7gram rollers, performance variator and performance cam , unlimited Cdi as well as NGk plug and some other stuff. Speedo read 60kph and it easily buries the needle and then some , I have gps reading of 70kph on the flats with no problem . Used to live in Cadiz ky from 70-83 and Hopkinsville ky 83-2011 . Finland is a lot like eastern ky accept summers are only mid 80's max and winters about 0-10 below . Temps here don't swing like back at home ...if it's 30 degrees outside it's going to be that way for weeks then it will get 28 for weeks lol and so on . Winters though are snow covered from December to May , snow tires mandatory on every vehicle and getting my studded scooter tires next month .

Hi everyone , new here . Come from another forum and looking for scooter inthusiast like myself . I live in Finland ( although only for the last three years , befor that lived in Kentucky from 1968 until 2010 ) . I have had bikes since 1977 and did have a small restoration shop from 1988-1994 were I restored old Hondas , yamahas, BSA , triumph , lol you name it . Got rid of everything when I moved here and got a retro scooter back in June . Ride the crap out of it lol. I hope I can help anyone and I can maybe learn something along the way . Hope to hear from you.
