Lots of Chinese scooters do not have brand/ model specific manuals.. Check our library ,,,we probably have one that's very close to what you have

Did you get the motor up and running yet Bob123 ? Was it a stock rebuild or were you modding the engine ? Yes inquiring minds want to know!!!!!

Well you found the problem,,,good job !!!! Is the original pin socket still in the plug?,,,if so pull it out and get the correct gauge wire and do a proper splice,,if the socket is missing look around the bike to find an unused plug,,,most bikes have them,,( i.e. Alarms not installed ect ) grab a pin socket from there and you're good to go,,,,

You may have had a crankcase vent issue and yes there's a seal on the crank behind the variator,,,I've heard of these seals popping

Sudden shut offs like this is generally a coil issue

Bore looks pretty scored below the rust line too,,, it's a paper weight as far as I'm concerned,,,, it's amazing to me how people treat their stuff
