Wanted to let all know that for whatever reason some have had issues posting pictures and some whacky things are happening. I'm no computer expert but all issues for me have ben resolved by simply doing what is called clearing your temporary internet files or deleting your browsing history then simply restart your computer.
I actually on another forum had a guy that his pictures were posting upside down! I tried a photo and it did the same thing! Cleared the browsing history, restarted the computer and all is fine. I can't tell you why this happens but it does and BTW I use W10 or IE11.

Hey glad to see you still getting down the road my friend. I also appreciate your sincerity on telling others this kind of ride might not be for them and still giving us your experience. Once again you have proved that a properly maintained Chinese scooter driven just like any other can be depended on to take you any where you want to go. I'm jealous that I'm not getting to ride mine now much with all that's going on and add the fact that it's getting hotter than Hades in Arkieland doesn't help one's riding mood either!  Be careful out there riding with them old semis and keep on scooting! JR |

sillylittleboy, olivertwisted, richardv I believe I have the manual back up to date with no missing links now, added a thing or two and if anyone sees any more missing links etc. on any board let me know. JR

The fact is that Windows 10 and it's 1,000 add on's have been forced on me and YOU are now not admissible. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right hand corner of your screen, then click on open with Internet Explorer then open the link. When W10 acts funny check for updates and then restart the computer. I can open it with W10 but again it's a huge file and takes a bit. |

richardv that manual is huge 292 pages, depending on your provider and computer speed it may take several minutes to load. I checked it again and it works fine. JR

 sillylittleboy I a few weeks ago discovered the broken links and such on Rich's manual and they were very numerous at the time. I've been working on restoring them little by little including saving every image on my server to keep his manual alive and intact. When Rich passed his photos and material on his manual was on his wife's server that she used in her private business and some of the images are on his photobucket account. Photobucket has changed a lot and one of those changes is if you don't use or login within a year I do believe then your photos/images can disappear. Some of his stuff was password protected too and of course I have no way of knowing the passwords. Him and I were actually in the process of moving all forum stuff to a server where we didn't have to worry with losing the material when he passed. I knew this day would come just didn't know how long it would take for things to start disappearing? I move around a lot and am raising two grandkids and it has hurt my time to work on the forum but I will get the manual all back in shape for members like yourself to use and in Rich's memory too. Be sure to keep a watch on it as I'm going to add more material to it just like Rich and I discussed before he passed. Thanks JR

hobbles richardv there is a very easy way to do it. In the menu buttons on both the Quick Reply an Normal Reply window you will see this button:  Click on that button. When you do so a pop up box will appear. The top line says Text. Hit the X at the right side to remove the word "link" and type in the Text that you want to say/use. The second line will say URL again hit the X at the end of the line to remove the http:// then copy and paste your link in that line. Like this You will find that the menu buttons on the forum offer a lot of ways to do things. JR
