I don't think i want to go to that extreme with the cooling but yes i can touch it without burning myself. As for my rollers i just replaced them. Thinking about it could be the belt as when i have the cover off and rev it up. The bottem of the belt does vibrate i'm not to worried about it as the scoot does run really well. I was on a small downgrade and did hit a indicated 80 mph. I thought that i was just seeing things so i got to another one and guess what it did it again. but as far as on the flat about a true 60 is all it will do but that is at about 7200 i beleive

Nope just one bit and it is still good lol Yep i took out the foam and just have the plastic screen in it just to keep rocks out. I think i'm going to go with a old hot rod theme and do flat black and red so i will repaint my clutch bell when i do it is gold right now.

Ok i have drilled my cvt to help with cooling it but it still get gets very warm. Any idea's one what else i could do to help it stay cool. And at certian speeds about 35 or 40 it has a vibration kind of a oscallateing one that if i slow down or speed it it will go away.Apic of what i have done to the cvt so far:
